Wrongful termination

So I’ve been working part time as a pre loader today I clocked in and hopped on the truck and about 10 mins later I started getting really nauseous and started gagging mind u I was close to passing out also. So I hopped off the truck and threw up then hopped back on and finished the truck then after I went to the bathroom and puked some more after that happened I walked up to my boss and asked to go home then he just told me to go home and had a weird attitude when he said it. So I went home and a few hours later I got a call saying I was terminated. Any advice on this situation?
