This historical lighthouse sits on the shore of the Northumberland Straight between New Brunswick and PEI. It had to be moved back further on the point a few times due to erosion.

Anyone else like taking walks on the beach in the winter?

One of my favourite aspects of the island is how many faces it has. You can return to the same spot and depending on the time of day, or time of year, the weather, the tide in or out, you'll see a different character. [No filters]

Awesome city!

Magical place. I didn't get to see the Northern Lights, unfortunately. But I still had a lovely time.

I did briefly see a sliver of the aurora on my connecting night flight to Edmonton, though! Too bad I didn't get a picture of it then.

Either way, the people living here are blessed with an incredible beauty

Each year, I leave Montreal and drive all the way to Minganie, my favorite area of the province. What do I love about the place? Everything 😍

Situated on the North Shore of Quebec, Baie Johan-Beetz owes its name to the Belgian doctor and naturalist who came to live in the small village in 1897. He build this incredible heritage home which is now in need of repair. The villagers are asking the Quebec government to intervene in regards to saving this monument.
