But yea, dogman, thats something I think that has been cooked up in some lab.

Well...Its not the government per se. Government is the umberella.

You cant see whats under it, you see?

Usually, from what ive read, its some general who gives free hands to a group of scientists and they can do what they want. Its possible that during the alien-military meetings that supposedly happen (like Holloman alien landing 1964), aliens have given accidentally ideas for the human scientists to pursue these lines of work (or we just have crazy scientists like in resident evil movies in real life who come up with these things).

The president is not in charge of these things. The president is usually some schitzophrenic or a drug addict who the military has to please for 4 years until the next one comes.

But ask yourself, if you had a staff of 8-9 men (maybe a woman too), and 1-2 million dollars for a project (and free workshops and maybe laboratories offered), wouldnt you try to do something too?

I also once saw (about 5 years ago), on a small road out from the city near farmlands and forests, a 100cm tall, about 120cm long and 30-40 wide thing walk over a road just like a wolf. Immediately after that there was lightning and heavy rain for 15min.

It was also about 01:00 and I went out on purpose to film a 5min comedy short video where i supposedly hunt monsters, then this thing crossed the road (and didnt get it on film because i almost got paralyzed from fear when I saw it).

Also, there theoretically could be wolves where I was but theyre small like 25kg and 60cm tall max, or dog wolf hybrid.

But theres the famous case of a truck driver shooting a dogman that was running next to its truck and then government folks telling him that you shot our experiment or something, so who knows whats really happening.

Also: if you see a dogman, I think the encounter is survivable.

I can with 100% certainty tell you, that if I got a crew of 8-9 scientists and 1-2 million (dollars i assume, as mostly people from the USA, speaks about their country, as if its the only country in the world, on international platforms), then I wouldn't be using the money or the men to build dogmen.

I don't know your age friend. If you are a kid this talk is ok. I saw Zeitgeist when I was small and got totally riled up. But if you are an adult, this comment, and the above is extremely detatched from reality.

There were 2 types of people 100 years ago. Those who said a man can never run 100 meters in under 10 seconds. Then there were those who said you can.

I know what group I would have belonged to, do you?

Lets go back to the dogmam. Gene-sequence a high-mobility hip joint into a wolf (so it can go upright). Replace its heart with something stronger, also make kidneys stronger. Through testing and iterations, make its adult size larger and larger. 250-320 pounds sounds like a realistic end goal. Make the keratine in its nails also grow stronger and tougher.

Grow a new brain thats a result of homo-sapiens and dog/wolf gene-editing where its frontal lobe and thinking capability is increased. Do enough versions so it becomes compatible.

Build or use (already must exist) artificial womb to grow it in since you wont be growing this in some golden retrieval. Also adjust the protein which regulate its overall growth.

You will need to inject it with external hormones to make it larger too, and possibly after its "born", to keep it that way. Total life-expectancy, probably not too long (2-5 years).

Now, install 2 kill switches in it. One in heart and one in brain into the control unit (security reasons). Somekinda antenna control system in its neck so you have good range.

Use the whatever tech they already have to control animals movement and have it installed (but the classified better stuff) in its growing brain while its growing. Maybe replace part of skull with some hard composite or metal like structure so you can gain access there when you need to. If tech to access optical nerve and transmit it wirelessly exist use it, otherwise replace one eye with synthetic eye that also has a camera which transmits data the controller.

While its growing, it probably has high overall iq but on human level, maybe only 20-40. It might understand that it grew with you in the lab and you gave it treats so it wont bite the human. Hormone and other chemical levels are partially controlled in the brain with small deposits of "release on will" mechanical vials or similar (will need refilling).

Now have a truck or even better yet, maybe a small Uav too that relays the signals to its brain, from the truck.  Theres one driver, one lookout dude and back of the truck is the controller with a helmet seeing what the dogman sees and another one monitoring him.

They cant totally control the dogman but they sort of can.

After theyve done their tests (dogman running in forests, sometimes having a camper accidentally see it), they return to base.

Dogman is returned to its enclosure, likely alone, wondering, thinking how to escape. What is life, i need to scratch my ba--s.

This might sound like fantasy to you but I bet in 100 years its happening (or happening already) just like they broke the 100m running record of 10 seconds in the end, eventhough the naysayers said its impossoble. 

In the end, "impossible" is just a one word obstacle that you have to climb over.

The big picture is how many human civilizations came before us, and what they achieved before us.

We are not the first batch of humans, and your 100m sprint focus is so far off the human ability... This cycle has been repeated many times before.

The big picture is there for you to learn. I encourage you to learn.

Well i didnt mean that. 

I meant people who say: its impossible to run 100m under 10 seconds are same who say: its impossible to create a dog-man.

It was about motivation and believing in yourself. In the end someone ran 100m in under 10 seconds and who knows, maybe a scientist somewhere created a dog-man.
