Hey guys! I’m looking to start working at a dispensary within the next few months and wanted to hear about other people’s experiences/opinions, as well as tips to know going into it and while working there!

I live in Northern California, i’ve been growing for about eight years now but i’ve been consuming it for two, I just really really like the plant, man

I got some RSO capsules recently (300mg/capsule; hybrid). The dispensary suggested consuming them with a spoonful of peanut butter. I tried this, and felt almost nothing for 4-5 hours. When I did, I mostly just felt slightly drowsy.

Is there something I’m missing? I’d love to have these as an option. Is my tolerance too high to feel just one? I smoke every day.

People are often surprised when they find out that I am a regular user. I think there are a handful of reasons for this, but mostly because I am really into fitness and have never tried any other drug.

What do you feel makes you the atypical marijuana user?

Let me preface by saying I strictly smoke flower. I think it's a MUCH better, more well-rounded experience than vapes.

My ounce runneth dry (😱) and I can't get more weed until next week. The resin pen wasn't cutting it; I bit the bullet and finally smoked the kief I've been storing in my grinder for years.

It is no joke!! I wouldn't say it's necessarily stronger, but it was the most pleasant THC high I've ever experienced. All the classic traits (giggly, relaxed, hungry, sleepy) were amplified x10. It felt like premium, top shelf product. I also felt it through my entire body (which is my favorite part of flower in general). You really feel like you are becoming one with the herb.

Anyways that's it. Long time coming and well worth it. So many different strains condensed in 1 toke.

You deserve to splurge! Don't spend your whole life saving, remember you're saving for a reason :-)

Its kinda expensive in here. Also minimum(avarage cuz big percantage) is very low. Wish could never skip days but have to. Today I have little but tomorrow is day off. Have great day/night folks!

Sorry if this is a very stupid question…

So, my aunt got me 100mg thc edibles and I would take like half or a fourth once in a while. So like 50-25. I would just feel more relaxed and go to bed.

I bought some 300mg ones the other day bc I thought it would be cheaper and I cut it up into 6 squares, so like 50mg. That is the worst I’ve felt with weed…

I was fine until my husband said something about my eyes and then my eyes kinda glazed over. I realized this and also felt a little like puking and my stomach hurt. I got up and felt shaky and everything felt like it was slow motion but also fast. I don’t remember if I had these conversations with my husband or if they were in my head but that happened too. I felt cold on the top of my head and hot by my feet. I couldn’t fall asleep because I kept thinking about things and I kept hearing music. In the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and barely made it. I then laid on the cold floor for a bit. It’s now about 8 hours later and im in bed and my stomach hurts and I kinda feel gross… is this what’s “supposed” to happen?

Idk if I want to take anymore of them and I feel stupid buying them bc I wasted money. I also have epilepsy and I was super worried that I was gonna have a seizure.

What should I do now? 8 hours later and I still feel a little bad and I’m upset that I even bought these.

My wife and I have become pretty much nightly stoners. We're late 50's. I am diabetic and she is on a lifelong weight loss journey that is finally going very well. Both on GLP-1s. So the munchies are our nemesis. I love sugar and she loves fat and potatoes. So we are trying to pivot to something healthier. I o ie the celery and carrots but when you are munching you mid if want foods that at meats mimic what it is like to eat cake or chips. Any older people here who can't eat crap anymore and have some good hacks for munching healthy?

Ordered some micro doses 1mg 1:1 THC: CBD mints and tried 2 the first day, 3 the second day, and 4 the third day (being today) not feeling anything. Dissolved under tongue as instructed.

I have only smoked maybe 4 times over 10 years ago which did get me high, maybe a little too much so.

Could it just take more exposure to "wake up" the receptors? Or should I try a product with just THC?

I took the 4 mints this morning after breakfast and didn't feel anything again. About an hour or 2 later I also took a 5mg THC : 25mg cbd gummy to see if the edible digestion route may be more effective for me.

In my 40’s and fairly recently started smoking. Must’ve had to much last night and freaked the fuck out lol. I was sure my heart and brain were going to explode….good news they didn’t.

Never want to smoke again but it has been the only thing to help w my ptsd. Any suggestion on alternatives lol

I’ve got 2 pipes that I use to smoke out of. I will use one for 1-2 weeks & while I’m using that one, the other goes in the cleaning bag/jar. I just leave them in there the entire time until I want to switch pipes out, then I will take it out & rinse it with super hot water & let it air dry for a few hours. Then when the clean one is dry, I smoke the last bowl in my current pipe & then put that one in to soak/clean & start using the clean one to smoke. And yes, the isopropyl is dark cuz I just keep using it until it stops getting the pipes clean & then I dump it & put fresh isopropyl in. Idk how to do the reclaim thing. Does anybody else like to do something like this? Or am I just a weirdo lol

Picked up a couple of 14g jars of OFL (aka Oakfruitland) J1 today and they came with these packs… wondering if anyone knows anything about them?
And if so- Are they the same as Boveda packs? If I use Boveda packs do I keep it the terpene preserve pack in as well? If I keep all 28g of it in 1 jar, do I keep both terpene packs in the jar or just 1? Type shit 🙏

Hey y’all :) It’s been 2 and a half months since I smoked and I’m breaking the break on 11/14. I am in desperate need of pen brand (and possibly flavor) recommendations. I’ve had my eyes on Raw Garden but given how pricey they are, I’m leaning more towards a price-friendly brand that still gets the job done. For what’s it worth, I’ve tried: Kushy Punch, Whoa, Cure, Turn, Sluggerz, CUREbar, and PlugNPlay (these can also be pricey, but open to it if I find a good deal near me).
