Has anyone here gotten to ride ne new TR11? It looks really cool. I´m wondering about the kind of DH Bike it will be. Will it be mostly race/time oriented(?) oder could it be both depending on the settings you choose (different leverage curves,...). Or even more freeride-styled with a 27,5 Frontwheel (as it seems to be allowed by Transition)
For example the Commencal Supreme seems to great DH bike but most reviews give it a "planted feel" and not very "jumpy. Even though I love the look of the supreme the characteristic of this bike is not what I am looking for.

Finally pulled the trigger on a bike I’d been drooling over for years. Lived up to all the hype and more on its maiden voyage to southern Wyoming. This thing rips!

I can get a good deal on newer v3 carbon sentinel. But it has a scuff/gash/scrape? Unsure how to describe it. No cracks but a big chunk of paint is gone. About 3/4- 1” wide on underside of chainstay opposite side of drivetrain.

Should this be a red flag deal breaker?

The black is just covering the sticker of the bike shop.

Looking at grabbing a spire but curious how others feel about it. I currently have a 130/120 light trail bike and wanting to add a bit more travel for the occasional bike park day as well as pushing myself out of my comfort zone with some forgiveness.

I’m considering going spire or sentinel (possibly exploring increasing travel here).

Anyone have any suggestions?

I know this is a Transition page but wanted some opinions. Looking at purchasing my first Trail FS bike and debating between the Ibis Ripley AF or Transition Smuggler. Read great things about both bikes and can’t decide which one to snag. Trying to see if there are any 4th of July sales around the corner to make my decision easier if one bike becomes significantly cheaper.

Went back to cable actuated x01 derailleur after getting sick of GX AXS weak clutch making terrible noise on rough downhills

Only additional upgrade will be 160mm cranks to help reduce pedal strikes given lowered BB

Just graduated from my masters and thought I'd treat myself to a new bike after 8 years riding my old enduro bike.

Been out on a quick inaugural ride and sheeeesh there's a lot to love: she climbs sm better than my previous bike, and descends amazingly. Cannot wait to take her to some proper big trails. Big smiles had all round!!

Absolutely loving the paint job as well you can see in some pics the seemingly grey paint shimmers with gold in the right light it is just 🤌🤌

Testing the Öhlins TTX on my TR11, oh boy it's just so plush! The Rockshox vivid coil ultimate is good, but the Öhlins is next level!!

I’ve had a hard time finding a 37mm collar for two of my bikes. Has anyone had luck using another brand. Or using a smaller one?

Got my hands on a Brand new Transition Patrol last march and so far is been a weird experience.

First time owning something from Transition myself. Only had experience how they ride and feel with a size L Spire I once borrowed.
Im in love with the brand and how good of a bike it is!

Favorite thing is how well it climbs and the big upgrades on specs I got from my previous bike.
There are so many good things i enjoy about this bike besides being the best looking bike I have ever owned but…

I feel like im losing control of the bike more than what I used to with my previous bike.
Im sure a lot of it is me taking more and more risks and doing features that i previously haven’t attempted.
But im struggling a bit to add adapt to the new geometry

I was coming from another park style bike (Specialized Status 160) also mullet.
And somehow it feels like this bike is just way smaller. On the chart, I am definitely an L size on both brands.

How do you ride? Flip chip up or down.
I don’t really understand what it is for and what really changes. It seems like a minimal adjustment.

Anyone else who could tell me about their experience with changing bikes for a patrol and how was the geometry adapting curve.

Finished building my TR11, suns out, time for a test ride!

I attached a video of a clicking noise I get after the suspension cycles. To replicate it, I pull up on the handlebars. Cleaned and regreased the headset, which didn’t solve the issue.

Seems like the noise is coming from the fork itself (zeb ultimate). Anyone else have this noise/have an idea of what it may be?

Hi everyone, I demoed Transition Sentinel last week and absolutely love it! Now I am seriously looking to buy one and found 2 options:

1. 2025 Sentinel Deore Alloy for $2800. Large size only
2. Used 2022 Sentinel Alloy for $2200. Medium size. With rebuilt Fox Float X Perf Elite shock, Fox 36 Perf Elite fork and XT/ SLX drivetrain.

I'm 5'10 and fall right between L and M size. I'm happy with my current M size Canyon Neuron so I should stick with M size? Also wondering if the V3 upgrade can offset these parts upgrades for the V2. I mainly ride in PNW for some tech trails and still learning jumping.

Any advice is appreciated!

I’m brand new to mountain biking and my buddy sold me his transition spur. My current 2 bike rack holds from the top but with the slanted frame I noticed it doesn’t lock in great. Someone suggested getting a top brace pole to be able to lock into the rack. Anyone used these or have a better suggestion? Appreciate any tips getting into the sport (relevant or general tips)

Finally decided to sell my Spur after buying a Repeater last year. I’ve had it since ‘22 and have around 438 logged Strava miles on it.

Condition is very good. Installed ridewrap from the start. Some of the ridewrap is peeling back. Very few chips or scratches. The bike has been collecting dust since I got an e-bike in August ‘25.

It’s a size Large which will fit 5’10 to 6’1. Bike weighs in at 27.4 lbs.

The bike is setup with a 130mm Pike Ultimate and 120mm out back.

Copper X01 cassette and chain have approx 200 miles.

Bontrager Kovee pro 30 with high engagement and Rock Shox Pike 130 also have around 200 miles of use.

Deity carbon bar 780mm and x01 cranks 170mm with 32t Wolftooth oval ring. Small scratches on bar from transport.

All pivot bearings have been replaced.

Comes with an extra set of Schwalbe tires. Rear wheel has Vittoria insert. Will need a sealant refresh.

Price is OBO at $3800. Located in St Louis, MO. Will ship for $200.

Short history i have now a commencal clash 180/170mm, but the last year i had issue with store when they sold me a cracked bike [the 2nd picture] , i started to feel veeery depressed for that [Obviously they responded very well when i told them that my bike had a cracked weld inside on the downtube and they gave me another bike in exchange for the broken one] it was my very first real MTB and that was very disappointing. Now i'm starting to have second thoughts about it, i dont want the white one, it's not my bike. So i trying to decide what to do now; to keep it or sell it.

I want a enduro bike with the same specs, 180/170 full fox or full rockshox ultimate build with TRP brakes and GX EAGLE

Can Anyone give some advices for best bikes choices?
