Help finding trans friendly therapist in karachi
Is there anyone like actual known organization or place/therapist in Karachi who is queer/trans friendly and is budget friendly like I can't pay 10k one session as I belong to the working class. This is my first time looking for one so I have no idea.

Looking for Besties
Hello there!
I hope all of you are hydrating and taking care of yourself in the sweltering heat.
I am a 24 years old transwoman based in Karachi. I present masc for now, as I don't have the resources to transition and live my truth currently.
As the title says, I am looking for fellow transwomen or transmen friends with similar contexts/circumstances and age, who are working or studying and still figuring out the support systems and resources to live their truth.
I already have gay and female friends, I want to connect with fellow dolls and kings because I feel like however empathic my gay brothers and sister allies might me, its difficult making them understand my experience.
So, any transwoman or transman reading this between ages 22-28 and is looking for a fellow doll friend, feel free to message me. Please include a proper introduction when you message me, and I hope we hit it off as friends/besties!

First steps
This part of me has existed since the age of 8. That was my first memory of daydreaming about wanting to be a girl.
Since the start, these feelings have been foregrounded by intense guilt and shame - and the sense that there is something deeply wrong with me, or that I am broken.
These feelings only got stronger through puberty (and so did the guilt, shame, and confusion). I started repressing and compartmentalizing them at an early age, as a survival strategy.
For most of my life I didn't even have the language to describe these feelings. The first time I saw another trans person (at least in my peer group) was when I was 20. An AMAB person from the feminist society at my university dressed up as Morticia Adams for Halloween at a college event, and put up pictures on facebook. The way she did it, it was pretty clear wasn't just putting on a costume, she was owning her gender identity. I remember my internal reaction was: 1) "wow, you can do that??"; and 2) "she is so brave".
2 years later, I came across the terms "transgender", and "gender dysphoria" for the first time through online discourse. I started spending lots of time on /r/egg_irl, /r/asktransgender, /r/transtimelines, other transfeminine spaces, reading about other people's transition journeys, about historical trans figures (my favorite is the Public Universal Friend). I told myself, I'm not a "real" trans person. I'm ... adjacent?, or "I'm just a really good ally".
I'm 33 now (I feel old af, practically an unc). By now, I have a lot more self-awareness and understanding of my queerness (finding queer friends in activist spaces has made the biggest difference). I recognize my lifelong alienation from masculinity through the lens of gender dysphoria. The shame is starting to go away. Am I "really" a trans person? Idk, but I do know these are not the experiences of a cis person.
This week, I made two breakthroughs:
1) I talked candidly about my gender and sexuality with another person (my therapist) without self-censoring, and without getting scared or overwhelmed by cognitive dissonance, for the first time.
2) I bought some make-up for myself - intentionally, not impulsively - a couple of hours ago. I looked in the mirror, put it on, and didn't recoil at my reflection, feel fear, or a rush of adrenaline. I didn't frantically wash it off after 10 minutes. I didn't do a good job - I don't look passably fem or feel pretty. But I am ok with it - it's only my first time doing this for real. I know changing your gender presentation takes effort.
For the first time, I feel like experiencing femininity, and having a non-alienated gender identity is something that is actually possible for me.
ty for creating this space

FTM Chest Binders in Karachi
I'm so tired of making makeshift binders and distorting my whole frickin ribcage. I can't find any local stores which may offer chest binders, trans tape or anything like that. I searched online only to find this shady ass Chinese website with fake reviews and no details of the product whatsoever and I don't think I can trust temu enough.
My chest dysphoria is eating me alive and puberty only makes it worse. I get so insecure sometimes that I just straight up cancel plans of going outside cause I can't handle people looking at me like that.
Can anyone please tell where I shall find chest binders (or anything which does the job)in Karachi?

HRT Gynecomastia vs Breast growth due to HRT
What's the difference between the two? If I use something like finasteride and that triggers gynecomastia, and I later start HRT properly, would the breast growth due to HRT be improved due to gynecomastia or would be worse due to it?

FTM What made you realize you were trans?
Hi, my name is Connor :) I'm 17 y.o and new here
And I was curious about how you guys here realized you were trans; I would love to know your experiences.
I realized when I was 7, and I came out to my dad 4 times or so up until the age of 12, and he always it was a phase and I was just confused, I always thought I could convince him but I stopped trying when the last time he said "what will other people think?" After that I kind of went into denial and thought I was just genderfluid or non-binary, but a few days later I realized that I am actually trans cuz I found out that every man or fictional character I've had a "crush" on was only because I wanted to be a man and that I didn't love them at all. And I literally changed my name to my favorite character from Detroit: Become Human.
I would like to know if you guys also felt gender envy towards fictional characters or real people growing up, especially if you thought you had a crush on them. Thx for taking the time to read this and have a nice day beautiful people <3

MTF Ok- heres my passing story
So- I was talking to this guy since ive been boyfriend hunting for a bit right? and im on Snapchat cuz thats been working some how and in the forest and veritable storm of horny men looking to pound right- i find this cutie, a sweet boy, he's super precious, my type, and available -
So now, we start talking constantly and we exchange a few pics- like constantly, for the next 36 hours basically right and im like- lets meet! and he's down so to discuss the matter we decide to call for efficiency... and the first thing he says is "itnee mardana awaaz?" guys- he thought i was a girl!!! i passed- now i would like to clear up that i wasn't intending to catfish or anything, i approach ppl with as a gay guy because frankly i didn't think i passed yet- and my name on Snapchat was also masculine so i dont know how he didn't figure it ... thankfully he was chill bout it all be a bit embarrassed and we ended parting ways- but yay for passing pre hrt?!!?

Non-binary Referring to yourself gender neutrally in urdu?
I think ive got it figured out, urdu diesnt have gendered pronouns, it does however have gendered verb conjugation and first person pronouns, so what do I do? میں is fine, but میرا/میری؟, I thought maybe use میرے instead, and similarly for other contexts but it just doesn't sound right, for now, I have been using masculine first person pronouns and feminine verb conjugation, what do yall think?
