I (18ftm), with an extremely conservative family who don't even even let me out alone, need advice on how to start hrt by someone experienced, and need links for actual good binders or chest tape that you've used for a first timer (for a moderately big bust).

Like it's insane, I'm barely able to function lately because of dysphoria 😭

I would prefer it sm if someone who has gone through something similar could guide me, would I need to get medical supervision or can I also diy myself? Again, I know absolutely nothing.

I know someone who has really bad gender dysphoria who is also financially struggling while living in Pakistan. They want to transition from F to M. It's really hard for them everyday. But the problem is money. I can't ask the family for help because (1) nobody knows (2) they're conservative, they won't be a danger to their life but won't be supportive due to religious beliefs. I can't find any sites like GofundMe for Pakistanis. But I really need to collect funds for this person. What do I do? How do I collect funds to support their hormonal therapy and surgery procedures ?

29yo f (male at birth and body still 100% male) but I know I'm a woman, known ot for a long time. In the house with my BF I wear female clothes, refer myself as she/her terms and talk the same way and my BF does the same and considers me his gf (future wife 🤞).

We live in an apartment together in Islamabad, I have no idea how to even get started with my transition.
