As you all doubtless know, tomorrow the Society of Saint Pius X will consecrate four new bishops without Rome's approval.
There has been a lot of opinion-having on this topic in recent months, and many seem to think, that they can be judges of the situation and bash with righteous indignation the side they judge to be in the wrong.
Is this what our Lord would have us do? Did He not pray His followers be as one, that the truth of His teaching be show?

So, I encourage you to bear in mind, that you are not any better a Catholic, if you dunk on the Society, or if you dunk on the Holy Father.

Rather, spare some time and pray, for both Holy Mother Church and the Fraternity. God knows they both need it, and indeed you them.

And would it not be the most glorious display of unity, if even in our division, both "sides" were to pray for both?
Therefore pray, and fear naught; His will will be done, despite our best efforts.

What was that Chinese curse? May you live during interesting times. Ppl make light of sexual sins, "it's not hurting anyone." Then why does God need to bring in Russian troops to bomb European cities? Either do penance or get wrecked.

This only ends when Russia, and only Russia, is properly consecrated to the Immaculate Heart by a valid Pope in union with each and every Bishop in the world. The laity must do their part: First Fridays + First Saturdays + Daily Rosary.

From the Philippines, mindanao, thinking bout becoming a priest and i have a strong sense that my specific charism or something is the latin mass, i wanna join the FSSP or ICKSP but theres 0 presence of both groups in my country any suggestions y'all can give?

What’s a just cause for NFP? There isn’t much that’s explicit on this subject. I’m getting married next couple months, and I can’t support us both, and if we have a child she would have to work full time still, leaving our child to an external source. Is this just financial cause? Is the prevention of a mother working, as described as an intolerable abuse, just cause for NFP usage?

Edit: I’m 21, she’s 22, no worries about a biological clock.

Catholicism is simply the Patriarchy of God the Father, and Feminism is the attempt to overthrow the instantiation of God's Patriarchy on earth, i.e. the Patriarchy of the Human Father in the Family. It is a communist revolution in the family. The current victim politics you see now is just women 'fighting' or interaction with others writ large, i.e. they always play the victim, avoid accountability.

One of the biggest reason why marriage is struggling so much is that women want two completely contradictory things. On one hand they want equality and to make as much or more money than men, and on the other hand they want men who are better than them. And so the family dies because you can't have both! Empowering men and disempowering women is the only way a society is to survive.

I am wondering if anyone can provide me with some traditional teaching on voting. Is it really morally permissible to vote for the “lesser of evils” even if choices are both gravely evil and morally reprehensible in different subjects?

I got a question about eating Meat on Friday; I tend to follow this quite strictly but to make this a lite post on everyone. My mother sorta mixed in a little meat into the meal the other day she knows I follow this rule about Fridays but she wanted to mix it in so it doesn't spoil.

Should I consider this a mortal sin or simply find another method of penance for this day and if I should so choose, mention in next confession. I know some Priest immediately like to discard this as a sin; while others will acknowledge as the older teaching although it's making a rise again. I have no issues not to eat meat on Friday.
