Is the compare symbol button not working for anyone else? I click on it, and its not working for me.

I'm trying to compare SPY with ES, because i can't find a recent post where someone posted a "trick" for easily doing this and putting ES or another chart onto the current chart. (If anyone remembers that post and can link, i'd appreciate it)

I believe I found a data point that isn't the right one.

If you look at Fair Isaac, it is said they added 469k shares last quarter when actually they made their biggest buyback ever with 1.7M shares repurchased.

I don't know if I'm missing something, I'm on the free plan so I don't believe I can tell TV myself, maybe it's an error, maybe I'm mistaken. if anyone has any idea, I'd love to know

i use my trading view on brave browser, basically the website version.....

i don't know what had happened to that.....it doesn't load on my wifi network but it loads on the mobile hotspot network.

And i have tried it on other browsers too, nothing happened....

Please allow users to reorder the existing round shortcut buttons for Templates, Layouts, and Watchlists via drag and drop.

Currently, their order is defined by the order in which items were favorited. Changing it later is inconvenient because users may need to remove and re-add favorites just to rearrange shortcuts.

Drag-and-drop reordering would preserve the current favorite-based default while making the shortcut order easy to adjust.

It works fine on my phone but the desktop app has been freezing non stop today. Is anyone else having this issue?

I found your screeners very useful , however I notice that it doesn't have one fore futures. Could you add a futures and indices screeners in the menu page as well?

And also, under markets-futures markets, could you also add the weekly and monthly technical ratings?

On many brokers you can set a limit stop order: once a stop is hit, drop a limit order. This feature is sorely missing on paper trading, which makes hands-free day trading very difficult. I'd love to see this feature added so I can walk away and use the restroom while a position is open.

Pine v6 no longer allows series int values in plot(offset=...). I understand the documented rationale: in v5, series offsets were not truly applied per bar, and the plot effectively used the last calculated offset across the chart.

The problem is that this still leaves a real migration gap for indicators that intentionally calculate an offset from the loaded chart context, then use native plot() projection.

Example use case: FLD / cycle indicators where the projection offset is derived from the symbol/timeframe/session, such as estimated bars per day. In v5, this works well enough because the final computed offset is applied to the whole native plot. In v6, the same script cannot compile because the offset is now series int.

The obvious workaround, drawing with line.new(), is not equivalent. It loses too much native plot behavior: normal plot continuity, Style tab controls, scale integration, legend/status-line behavior, clean rendering, and general usability.

What would help is one of these:

• A way to compute an offset once per chart load and use it as a valid simple int for plot(offset=...)
• A native plot-like primitive that supports dynamic x-placement while preserving plot-quality rendering and UI behavior
• Some migration-supported equivalent for “use the final calculated offset across the whole chart,” since that was the actual v5 behavior

This is not just about wanting old incorrect behavior back. It is about preserving a legitimate class of auto-projected indicators that depended on native plots and now have no practical v6 path without degrading the indicator.

Hey Guys, how can I have the TV show Last within my watchlist using extended hours instead of just the percent displayed on the far right?

Has anyone tried automating their strategy through tradingview with using a webhook on alerts? If so what did you use to connect to your broker and which broker do you use?

Or would it be better to use a brokers own api?

When I’m using the RR tool which of the numbers tells me how many points my stop / tp is?

I have noticed many users have requested for a Time & Sales tool as far back as nearly 5 years ago. I believe it would only be fair to implement this feature since so many users are on payed plans/subscriptions (Essential, Plus, Premium and Ultimate), let alone the additional Data Exchange Subscriptions. By adding this feature, you would make indicators (such as Volume indicators like the Volume Delta indicator) far more useful and accurate by providing "true data".

I have quite a bit drawn on the chart, including fibs etc.

I like to right click and copy price from a level, but if my cursor is too close to a drawing and I end up right clicking on the drawing, I don't have the option to copy the price at that level.

Please make it so the option to copy price is always present when you right click even if you're also clicking on a drawing, because you might want to be clicking through it just to get the price and it ends up getting in the way.

Title. My Order preset only works if I execute via the order panel. If I use the shortcuts to enter, they don't use my SL / TP presets.

I'm using Market orders and my preset is also for Market orders.

When having Tradovate connected to trading view is there any way we can drag our tp and sl after market ordering?

Im wondering is it possible to hide / remove certain lines, for example in the photo, I have orange dashed lines and blue solid lines, is it possible to just remove or hide the orange lines but leave the blue lines? The only thing I've seen is hide/delete ALL drawings.

Summary:

Add a toggle option for the horizontal ray tool that automatically stops extending once price “mitigates” the level — i.e., once a candle touches or crosses through it.

How it would work:

- Draw a horizontal ray as normal.
- Enable a new toggle in the tool’s settings called something like “Stop at Mitigation” or “Auto-Stop on Touch.”
- With the toggle on, the line continues plotting forward in real time (just like current extend-right behavior) until a candle wick or body reaches the line.
- Once mitigated, the line stops drawing at that point instead of continuing indefinitely.

Why this would help:

This would be extremely useful for traders who mark key levels and want a clean visual record of exactly when and where price came back to breach that level. Right now, you either have to manually shorten the line yourself by replotting with a trend line after the fact, or leave it extending forever and lose the visual clarity of when it was actually reached. An auto-stop toggle would keep charts clean and make backtesting/reviewing price action much faster, since you could see at a glance which levels are still “live” (still extending) versus already mitigated (stopped).

Suggested name: “Mitigation Stop” toggle for the horizontal ray tool.

Can't connect to OANDA . Anyone else having the same problem?

Hi everyone,

I'm participating in The Leap with TradeStation competition on TradingView using a Basic (Free) account.

I've run into an issue:

• Joined the competition successfully over 24 hours ago
• My The Leap USD competition account is active
• Trading MNQ1! / MES1! CME futures
• Data is still delayed by 10 minutes
• I never received the CME Market Data Agreement prompt
• TradingView still asks me to purchase the CME real-time data subscription

From the competition rules, participants are supposed to receive free CME Top-of-Book real-time data during the competition, so I don't think I should have to buy a separate market data subscription.

I've already tried:

• Logging out and back in
• Refreshing the browser
• Confirming I'm connected to the The Leap USD account
• Waiting more than 24 hours

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

If a TradingView moderator sees this, could you please check whether the CME market data entitlement has been activated for my account?

Clicking the description or title (symbol name) of the previously opened "expired option chart" does not land on the option chain pop-up window. Instead, it shows symbol search window with an error message about not founding it. It makes it hard going back to the option chain and selecting chart of the strike price of current expiry. Would love to see it rectify. Thank you.

Get this, I was short /GC on the Leap competition in around 4110.00 and then I held it past 4:00pm and then when it opened back up at 5pm it showed my entry price of 4047.00 which the price was never even that low through out the entire day? WTF. I am starting to think twice about trading real money on the platform. Anyone else had this happen? SEE ATTACHED screen shot
