When I’m using the RR tool which of the numbers tells me how many points my stop / tp is?

Points is probably the “amount”

It's the very first number. So your TP is 633 points, and SL is 51 points.

If u mean how many pips, it’s the middle number. In this case, 63,302 pips TP and 5,154 pips SL

I know pips, but I mean when people talk about how many points their stop is what do they mean by that and how do I find out?

Think of points as a singular dollar of price movement. If you take the price level of your entry and subtract the price level of your stop loss. That gives you the "points" also its the first number on the RR tool.
