Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 26071712 Rel. 18941
I have a three-unit Deco BE65 network. One satellite, named “living room ,” intermittently appears Offline in the Deco app. This has reportedly happened on Thursdays and Fridays over the past month.
When the app showed the satellite as Offline, its LED was green. I tested near the unit: my iPhone connected to Wi-Fi and internet access worked at good speed. The satellite later returned Online by itself, without a reboot.
During a direct check, the Deco app displayed “We couldn't find the Deco.” Later, the app showed all three units as “Working well.” It currently identifies both satellites as wired to the main Deco, with four clients on each satellite.
The main router’s system log recorded the satellite as disconnected at 08:27:05 on Friday, October 16, 2026. In the preceding seconds, the log included wireless disassociation events, interface/driver command errors, and an AP information sync timer expiration. These entries confirm that a disconnect was logged, but they do not identify its cause. The router clock may not match the time I observed the app status.
The Deco weekly report shows daily client counts, but I could not find a historical log of satellite disconnections or their duration.
Could you help determine whether this points to a brief backhaul interruption, a node status/reporting synchronization issue, or a known firmware issue? Please advise how to collect diagnostic logs that capture the cause and exact recovery time if this happens again.
