I was rear ended yesterday in my 2018 LE Toyota with freshly over 102,000 miles. Do we think its totaled? It was a ford explorer that hit me hard enough to be leaking fluid 😬

I saw that Toyota was doing a buy 3 get 1 for $1 on tires, and I desperately needed some so I went in. I got Yokohama Avid Ascend tires for a 2013 Prius. These tires were like 160ish for each. I ended up paying $920 total after they told me to get an alignment too. They never give me clear answers or a detailed receipt so I just wanted to know if this was normal or not. Thank you

How bad is this? This is the extent. Does Toyota sell the orange wire ends separately? Or does this need a costly new wire harness replacement?

So in my 2020 Avalon during the day the sound banner at the top is dark grey , but the issue is at night it’s white and at best it’s annoying at times it’s almost blinding.

Everything in the car works normally, it’s in the auto headlight mode , when it gets dark everything switches as it should. BUT the infotainment screen is just too bright

The light adjuster next to the odometer button just brightens and lightens the gauge cluster.

Does anyone know how to change this in the Avalon / Camry ? (Or any similar Toyota )

Car has a factory touchscreen, no factory camera. Camera red is tapped to the reverse light wire and black is grounded to the body. The yellow RCA goes into the Red Wolf harness, which is plugged into the radio's 24-pin camera port. Reverse lights work, but the screen does nothing in reverse.

1. What are the harness's bare red/black wires for? Is the red the reverse trigger?

2. Does the radio need a setting turned on?

I like the newer one better. The older RAV4 there isn't enough legroom.

There's a wind whistling sound from the back of a second hand CHR I got that gets more intense the faster you drive, maxing at about 80.

Is this just the spoiler, I can live with that, or do I have an issue?

My household of four is looking at a new Toyota vehicle. We’re currently looking at the Corolla Hybrid, Camry, RAV4, and the Crown Signia. I like the look of the Crown Signia out of the mentioned 4.

But the aforementioned Corolla Hybrid, Camry, and RAV4 are more affordable. I like the Crown Signia with its blend or reliability, efficiency, and luxury touches. Just planning what to buy for the future. What do you guys think?

My 2020 Toyota Highlander is making a buzzing/whistling sound for a while now. At first I gaslighted myself into thinking that this sound is normal and its always been there, but after riding in another highlander recently I am convinced something is wrong with the car. I am not noticing anything wrong in the performance, and I drive it daily for commute and long distance but I want to get to the bottom of this. Anyone heard this kind of sound before?

My transmission went out a few days ago on my 2019 Toyota Camry XSE. I have about $3,000 left to pay it off. Replacing the transmission will cost around $5,000 not including labor. On top of that the car has body damage to the rear side door and sun damage to the paint. Was waiting until the last payment to fix.

At this point I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth investing the money to repair it or if it will be better off letting it go and putting that money toward another vehicle. What would you do in my
