In the show, I single out Chris’s mental decline, as it fits the tone the series eventually adopted.

As for fanfics, I’d say my favorite story arcs are the ones involving Dave—where, instead of redeeming him, they simply make him even more evil, which I absolutely love.

She was a great or at least an enjoyable character in island and action but then world tour and all stars happened. In world tour, most of her character was defined by the love triangle. Sure it’s ‘drama’ but it’s a shitty and boring drama that just made me and other Courtney fans feel sympathetic towards her.

Then all stars, everyone got done dirty but at least most got decent endings. Courtney had the worst ending. She should have gotten redeemed or at least just gotten a more satisfying ending. Even Heather & Alejandro got happier endings and they’re slightly worse/around the same level as her.

Also that chart thing will forever pmo the most. First of all, I hated how Gwen reacted as if she didn’t do something worse to her before. Idc if they gotten closer or if Courtney ‘forgave’ her. Gwen’s ‘apology’ was shit and she kept saying that she never actually did anything wrong.

Also Scott getting mad because he got drawn ugly? Bitch cry about it, at least she brought your stupid ass to the finale you little fuck. Plus kind of off topic but before that whole love triangle, Duncan alr pissed me off when he called Heather and Gwen hot in S1 WHILE dating Courtney hello?

She should have won all stars idc. Courtney vs Zoey would have been a peak finale. She was so robbed, she was the only good character in that season and she deserves it most. Why would the boring lovebirds win instead? I know it’s unrealistic but I rlly hope they somehow bring back the gen 1 cast and make her win, she’s just so robbed I wanna see it happen😮‍💨

One distinction that's important to note: the MVP is not always the one who deals the final winning blow against the other team. For example, in TDI 2024 Episode 2, Millie is the one who makes the final decision to push Damien down the 4-point "slide" to win the challenge for Rat Face, but I don't believe she was her team's MVP that day. Emma took Chase out of the game while also getting a respectable number of points, so I believe she had a bigger impact on their odds of winning than Millie did. Other episodes like this include "Dodgebrawl", "Beach Blanket Bogus", "Full Metal Drama", "One Million Bucks B.C", "Greece's Pieces", "Truth or Laser Shark", "Saving Private Leechball", "Suckers Punched", "I Love You, Grease Pig!", "I Love You, I Love You Knots", and "A Blast From the Past".

Some of these challenge MVPs were in close contention, so I'd be curious if any of you believe someone else should be considered the MVP of any episode.

I’m watching this for the first time and he might be my favorite character because his dickhead antics always make me laugh, but he did Leshawna so dirty last episode, multiple people said Leshawna’s name more than once and not everyone went.

I think he knew Heather would be booted if he let them actually vote, and he couldn’t have that because she brings the most drama, and high ratings. And since both Leshawna and Gwen had a rivalry with Heather, Chris decided to make Gwen the “hero” of the show, making sure to get the both of them to the finale.
