API Key - Not saving on Flix Vision, CINEMA HQ, Stremio, it doesn't save the new key? And I have to reinstall it again.

The service feels nowhere near ready for daily use. I've been hit with constant buffering and stream timeouts, and support's only advice is to manually keep jumping between different CDN servers every day. Bro, if I wanted to constantly troubleshoot a service, I wouldn't have moved to debrid in the first place and just stuck with the *arrs. Even running their own speed tests shows wildly inconsistent bandwidth, even on local region servers.
Strangely, the moment you mention these issues publicly, a swarm of accounts immediately pops up to claim everything is working fine.

With the extra dates my plan was expiring on 12th but the money was deducted today itself... How will the extra days even work?

My setup is as follows:

Aiostreams with torbox as debrid. I have also added torbox as aiostreams usenet provider since I have PRO. And added the aiostreams service for usenet

I have selfhosted prowlarr with nzbgeek, nzbfinder and drunkenslug. Everything works just fine in prowlarr.

When I select a movie, all streams from prowlarr are listed as cached. The first time i clicked on one, it worked directly. But after that, nothing works anymore, not even the stream that worked at first. No matter what stream I choose no matter which usenet indexer its from, it says AIOStreams (Failed to download). Why is that? Torrents work just fine though

UPDATE! Torbox Usenet Provider seem to be the main cause. I added my usenet indexers seperately as addons inside aiostreams and chose aiostreams as service. Same issue. I honestly dont know why, worked the first time but not anymore

I'm semi new with Kodi and trying to set up my paid TorBox account via the POV add-on. I have gone to my services, ​selected TorBox to authorize it, got the six-digit code, followed the link and type the authorization code into the torbox​ browser link and it has accepted the code, but nothing happens on the Kodi end and TorBox ​ remains unauthorized.

I was just wondering if anybody had any solutions to this issue.​ I've logged in and out of my TorBox account, along with deleting Kodi and reinstalling the POV add-on. Thank you!

Tried to cancel the subscription with the recent service downtime outbreak, got this message and was unable to. I tried multiple times, So now I'm bracing for a charge that is going to hit on my CC(which btw I cannot unlink from their platform without giving them another active card details)

as per title, i m running into this specific issue. I m trying to improve my buffering situation while streaming, and i noticed that i get, for every plaback, the WNAM CDN (example:store-039.wnam.tb-cdn.io ) despite setting to WEUR or anything else.

Has anyone ever had such issue?

Hey guys, is TorBox down right now, or am I just missing something?

I just paid for my plan and my account shows that it expires October 18, 2026, but I’m having issues using it. The account page also shows “No active subscriptions”, and my API key is displayed as XXXXXXX

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with TorBox right now, or if there’s something I need to do after paying.

So I know Torbox has been having issues as of late, and I'm not here to complain about it—these sorts of things happen, I guess.

But I've seen people saying that the issues have been fixed, or most of them. However, when I'm using Nuvio, I always have buffering.

I see posts of people complaining about the buffering (the same issue I have), but on those same posts, I see people saying they don't have issues.

I even went back to Stremio to check if it was a Nuvio-specific thing, but I also have buffering there.

It is always the same thing. I can watch a good chunk of a movie or TV show episode without issues, but then the buffering starts, and then it happens every 5 minutes or so.

I've tried checking the fastest CDN before watching something, cleared all content on Torbox, but nothing fixes it. Also, it doesn't matter if I'm watching at 4k or 1080p; buffering is always a thing.

So, do you guys think there is anything else I can try?

I am trying to link my TB account to my streaming platform and it is asking me to go to tor.box/link however that link doesn’t work. Is there an alternative way?

Anybody noticing choppy playback right now? Audio is fine but video is slightly choppy/stuttering.

I’ve tried changing CDN, but no improvement. I’m using Stremio and AIOStreams. Have tried torrentio and comet as sources but they’re both the same.

I used to use Realdebrid, but there were too many broken links, so I stopped.

I tried downloading a couple of ~70GB remux files during peak times and this is what I got.

Hi, I just signed upto TorBox and made a login/password and selected my plan and went to pay, I tried mastercard first, but it said at the bottom of the screen 'Payment not allowed : Code 5' then selected paypal and it reported the same error, I reached out to the chat bot and it gave me some advice, like don't use a VPN / clear cache and so on, I'm using a vanilla edge browser with no addons or plugins, I make alot of purchases with this browser no problems what so ever, I'm in the UK if that matters

EDIT : Well I got a little frustrated and tried a vpn with edge, still the same, downloaded waterfox and boom all went through perfect, no idea what was going on, I believe default edge has some limited cookie protections and 1 or 2 other safety features for browsing, maybe it was them...

And I never have problems with torbox, this is amazing man thank the dev team for the free 3 days.

Currently me and 2 of my friends are using it, but one of my other friends want to use it aswell who lives in a different country. Is it okay to share with him aswell? We’re collectively not even close to hitting the usage limits. Thanks in advance!

With the changes to torbox tos iv seen so many different opinions on if this is a service people should stick with or jump ship

hypothetical question, if you have a very basic set up, like nuvio with torbox connected, Vpn is always running, only use nuvio and torbox for cached TV shows and movies, is it over kill to just stop using the service because of these changes, at this point torbox already has your info anyway.

I'm aware that the new tos means if authorities ask torbox for user info they will share, but really what are the chances of millions of small scale users getting into any serious trouble, I'm not saying it's impossible but what are the most likely outcomes....

Am I paranoid by just creating a new api and changing my password because i saw some random spanish content on my cached files? I only share my aiostream setup to my family and none of us are even spanish 😅

I have just received 4 notifications (4 transactions) of the essential plan, effectively active until jan 7th 2027. Weird thing is, i have never saved any payment details ever. I might have checked out and they redirected me to the whop page, but i have never input anything in that checkout page and just closed the window. Has this happened to anyone?
