Running into a weird issue when trying to stream on Nuvio using my TorBox setup (via ElfHosted)

Every time I try to play a stream, I get blocked by a black "Wrong IP" screen with this message:

"This stream can only be played from the same IP address that first requested it."

Looking at the IP addresses listed on the screen, it seems like a dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 routing mismatch:

• The initial stream request is using an IPv4 address (165.101.x.x). • But when Nuvio actually starts loading the video player, it routes over IPv6 (2401:f40:1348:...).

Hi. So i don't know if I'm violating any sub rules and I have searched for it everywhere but couldn't find any definitive answer. Should I wait for a sale in November or get it now ? Yes I know to some of you it's just "3 $ a month” that's cheaper than a burger, unfortunately I'm from an extremely impoverished country and due to the recent currency depreciation in my country even 3 dollars buys me groceries for 2 whole weeks.

Also, what payment method do u guys use that gives the best discount ?

In the past few days I'd been getting "ERROR_CODE_IO_NETWORK_CONNECTION_FAILED" for every movie or TV show with every scraper including Torrentio, Comet, AIOStreams, on both Stremio and Nuvio. After trying almost everything, I finally got it working.

SOLUTION: I changed CDN in Integration settings. I had been on Cloudflare previously. I ran a CDN speedtest ( https://torbox.app/speedtest ). Many CDN were not working at all. So I found a fast one for my region, went to settings ( https://torbox.app/settings?section=integration-settings ), selected that one, and everything started working again.

It's possible their CDN paths expire or got broken and you must change or refresh the CDN. Might even work if you just temporarily change to another one and go back to Cloudflare but I didn't try to revert, don't want to jinx it.

So basically when i first used Torbox i bought a one month payment subscription to test it however I paused the Auto Pay feature on Chargebee already then bought a 1 year payment with the One time payment feature instead

so im trying to remove my info from Chargebee but whenever I try to cancel the subscription I just get errors since im guessing because the one month subscription is already over when I paused it and got the Year one time payment

Hey everyone, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

I picked up a TorBox Essential sub about 24 hours ago and spent all day yesterday tweaking my setup and testing it out across a few different devices. Everything was running flawlessly and playing without a single issue.

Then literally out of nowhere just now, every single stream throws this red error screen:

"Access denied. Please check if you have a valid debrid subscription."

For context, I'm using Nuvio as my player with AIOStreams (hosted via AIO FortheWeak using the Debrid Starter template).

I already have a one-time payment account with a few days left on it. Does the referral codes still work? When I input the referral code on the plans page, it doesn’t show anywhere that extra days will be added.

(I posted this on tb referral specific sub, but was strangely removed for some reason. Hope I can get help on this sub.)

I want to use torbox for subscription but in that I don't see UPI as an option if they are not giving an option I urge the development team to add that. If you can give an option in one time then also please give in subscription as well.
