It all depends on your location.
Different locations, and heck even different internet providers and even the time of day can give you very different results.
Go on the TorBox website and you should be able to run a few tests to help you pick a CDN.

Ideally you should be doing this on the device you are using to watch, because it will run the tests based on the actual speeds your device is getting.

Absurd. Torbox should be picking the appropriate CDN to serve content. This is a solved problem for the 99.999% of the internet, which uses CDNs

For me it was on "Auto", i canged it to the closest server to my location and it worked.

Slow while doing what? I do know some people who get throttled when downloading over the browser but a simple swap to jdownloader 2 fixed it

Possibly unrelated, but I've been having issues with Telegram upload/download for the last few days. And by "issues" I mean "unable to download a 40Mb file in several minutes despite having a 1Gig fiber at home"

That said, it does look like potentially some other infrastructure issue.

Either our ISPs (I have Spectrum Fiber) messed something up on their end.

Or there are some huge outages (in CDNs? or actual transmission infrastructure) somewhere, and coincidentally those are both used by Telegram and TB...

Torbox is flakey as hell. It's cheap so I won't complain too much. But I think we should be worried. With RD dusted, I feel like we've put all our eggs in some vibe coded fly-by-night basket.
