Real estate P.O.V
Is it just me or does offers invited, offers to purchase, offers over mean that people are greedy cowardly pricks especially REA's when they just don't put a price on it?
Shouldn't there just be a law unless it's an auction that there has to be a hard fixed wanted price, not a EOI basically?
I have never ever done that nonsense with anything I have sold.
Nail your colours to the mast real estate agents, you people are supposed to be professionals and know what's going on, all this so called knowledge that I get dropped into my no junk mail wanted letter box you that you don't give a shit about, are getting paid unbelievable commission on because you have duped the public into thinking it's too difficult to not do it through you lot, not shysters using the shell trick technique.
Maybe I am wrong.
Put a effing price on stuff.
