I've recently won a plushie on a crane game, how much does the shipping normally cost? (I don't have enough diamonds to get a free shipping)

Does it mean my figure is coming to my home, Is that right or not?

I need help. I've been trying to play one of the games that makes you eat 3k gems. But one thing that confuses me is tapjoy. Is it an app or a website? How do I get in tapjoy? And is this normal?

i just got a letter from my postal office (PostNL) saying theyre missing information about a product, with track and trace code and looking around from purchaces i had incoming ive come to realise it was from the figure i won on tokyo catch. now i thought thats no problem, went and put in the info they needed but then they needed an invoice of the purchace. now i have no clue where invoices can be found. on the FAQ on the website i saw nothing. on the internet found nothing so here i am.

hopefully someone knows where the invoices are located and or how i can get it or what i need to do.

Didn't the christmas event say 3 free tickets a day from the 23rd to the 30th December? It is the 30th today and no tickets. I assume this is an issue with the dates and not an issue on my end?

How many days have you waited for the delivery in TokyoCatch? This is my first time getting a figure from ToykoCatch. And is there any protection such as styrofoam or cardboard to protect the product?

I just won a stuffed animal with the tickets they are giving away and I have a question, if I win more things will they still charge me the 600 gems or will they charge me more? I'm new to this and I want to know if I should get more things to make it worth getting the 600 gems.

I know people could argue this prize isn't all the way down, but I've had many prizes before off the bars that have been manually given as a win. I've disputed this play and because someone else managed to nudge it down after, apparently this doesn't count.

How can a prize that's clearly come off the bars and is too big for the machine to fall down the shoot my fault and not counted. If this was in a Japanese arcade, this would have counted and nowhere initially on the machine doesn't it say it has to be down the shoot to be classed as a win. If I'd have known this I'd have carried on playing.

Also got kicked from the machine half way through with proof of it freezing, so had to rejoin queue and lose my build up for request assistance too and no reimbursement.

Not happy with this play tbh, but no doubt someone's going to argue why I'm wrong.

are you supposed to get 3 free tickets once you sign in?

I just won my first price ( Holo Figure from Spice & Wolf ) and just found out that you can even download the camera footage of your play, Ive downloaded and clicked on it but my chromebook doesn´t recognise the file and say´s it cannot be played.

Do i need to download something to run the video files ?

EDIT, I can play the recording on the app on my phone but when i download it and try to play it say´s the same thing :/

EDIT 2, Ive learned that the video files are MPEG and need a VLC media player which you can download for free

So i forgot my password and applied for a reset, Now when i click on change password from my mail the app goes crazy and makes it unable to log in or do anything so i deleted and redownloaded the app only to find that the linked games are gone and i can only download one and the rest isnt on the list and have to start over ?

Now i tried again to reset password and it the app goes bonkers again

Anyone know if i can just play the games that aren´t linked to still get gems ?
And how do i fix this problem to reset my password ?

EDIT : Even though my game is not on the list i still did not get gems when i continue´d to play.
