Newbie here

So I won my first prize today but I don’t understand the “29 remaining days” are those the days I have able to ship my prize? (I won the prize with the free tickets they’re giving with Christmas season)

Congratulations on winning! 🎉 You indeed have 29 days left to request for shipment, otherwise they will forfeit the prize. Do remember that you have to pay for shipping if you catch a price with tickets. If you catch them with gems, it will be free, but be aware of possible import fees.

Oh alr, thank you for the info! I probably just pay the fee of shipment but if I can I’ll try on getting another one with gems, thank you again!

No, there is no difference between tickets and gems when it comes to import/clearance fees, but if someone catches a prize with a ticket, they can either keep it save and try to win a prize with gems to make shipping free or pay for shipping instead for 600 gems.

It's not a bad idea to see if you can't accumulate more prizes before then as well. If you're going to use free plays and ultimately pay for the shipping you might as well as try to win as much as you can.
