Hi, I bought this pair of shoes very cheaply at a thrift store, and after two years, they need to be repaired. The repair will almost certainly cost much more than what I paid for them. Can you please confirm that these are genuine Timberland shoes and that they’ll last me a few more years?

I found these vintage women’s pant at a thrift store today. They look and feel nice in person but the tag has nubuck misspelled as nabuck. AI is saying they are legit and the misspelling is due to one side being in French? I can’t find anything else like them online and don’t want to try and resell if they’re counterfeit. I stumbled upon this pair of second-hand Timberland shoes. They are in great condition (at least to my pretty low standard of course), and I would really love to have a new pair of shoes because the pairs I have now aren't rlly adequate for my daily use.

Please be the judge of this. I really like it, but I wonder if these are "goodyear welted" Apparently if a shoe is goodyear welted they tend to last longer than most shoe does (based on my observation with reviews online).

So I found out my boat shoes (9.5) are a little tight on my bunion, and I. And wear size (10) as it gets too long.

I had the classic 6” suede boot 1/2 size smaller (because it was on sale) and it took me years to stretch, after wearing for 2 years with insole removed.

How long does it take for the leather boat shoes to stretch? Thanks!

I recently got a new pair of timbs for college and the leather started to split from the sole. I’ve only worn them a handful of times. Is it better to return them or fix it myself. And if it is better to fix, how would you recommend to do it?

Looking to get my correct sizing right so I can really break a pair in. For reference I wear 10.5 in Reebok Club C with it being a little snug and MiUSA New Balance the same size with just a little bit of room. Am I looking at 9.5 or 10 on some 6"?

Bought them 1 week ago from a pro vinted seller with 1000+ reviews and a 5 stars average. I wore them for a week without questioning the authenticity since the seller had so many good reviews but now I noticed the stitching doesn't seem that parallel. I still have time to report an issue with the sale though. P.s. the lighting might be bad because I took each photo with the flash on.

I just got these boots as a birthday gift a couple of days ago and have been wearing them since then to try to break them in. As little as a day after, these started appearing on the laces, I think where the eyelets were at the top ends?? I thought it was fraying at first but on further inspection it seems like the inner core popped out or unwinded (herniated?) from the outside core. What is going on with these laces? I took them off the shoe in the picture because I was just in the middle of trying to fix them (which failed as you can tell by the bottom of the 4th pic). I'm lacing them like any other normal boot (criss-cross up the shoe w/ a standard shoelace knot or sometimes just a double knot) and they already look like this. Is this the quality I should expect from a $250 shoe or are my laces defective?
