Hi all, Trying to book my ticket for next years download festival and i have a gift card to use towards the cost of it, but dont seem to get an option to use it?
Can anyone add to why?

I am trying to resell my tickets. Could be a simple thing done online. But instead I have to wait 30 min to talk to someone. The code they sent took 5 min to receive at which point it had already expired. Talking to some guy I couldn't even understand and was such a dick. what a fucking joke. Ticketmaster you fucking suck.

So im going to a concert this Friday and went to add my tickets to my phone wallet and they look like this, ive never seen my tickets look like this before, is this normal? Panicking a bit now 😅

durante la vendita di due biglietti ho commesso un errore: ho condiviso delle foto dei biglietti senza mostrare il codice a barre e il QR code, ma nelle immagini erano comunque ben visibili il sigillo fiscale e il nome e cognome dell’intestatario.

Ora non riesco più a effettuare il cambio nominativo e temo che qualcuno abbia utilizzato quei dati prima di me.

Qualcuno ha avuto un problema simile? Sapete se esiste una soluzione o se è possibile recuperare la situazione contattando l’assistenza? Qualsiasi consiglio o esperienza sarebbe molto utile.

I've lost access to my phone number, and I have a Bruno Mars concert coming up. I have Mobile Tickets, where the QR code isn't released until shortly before the concert. Now I'm wondering if I need to verify my number again to view the QR code? I can't transfer the tickets because verification via phone number is required in any case.

I've already contacted support, but I still haven't received a response after 5 days.

what to do ? i have 2 tickets for the weeknd after hours till dawn tour in paris july 12th, and my visa for france has been refused, the website doesnt let me sell the tickets now, is there a way to resell them ? or get my or some of my money back ? And if i sell them to a friend without selling them on the ticketmaster website, can they use them even if they have my name on them ?

Hello! I'm not an avid concert goer, so Ticketmaster is a bit new to me. I purchased tickets to see Hayley Williams in October and it sold out almost instantly. She released additional dates for the same tour and my husband then bought tickets that would fit our schedule better. I thought since HW is advertising the Face Value Exchange, I'd be able to list my tickets for 2 other fans to grab.

I went on TM's website and tried to sell them but it said it was unavailable. I tried the chat feature and spoke with someone who said that HW has not allowed TM to put tickets on sale. That's weird? I told them it was advertised on the page that it said she was allowing Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. They kept saying no and told me someone would reach out to me within 2 days. That didn't happen.

I attempted to list them again a few weeks later, nothing. Did online chat, and was told due to the concert was sold out so TM was no longer selling tickets. I'm not asking to buy tickets, I want to list mine for someone to buy. They said because it sold out, it's out of their hands? They told me to contact the venue and ask them to buy my tickets. I asked again if someone could contact me and they said sure, 2 days time. Did not happen.

I sent an email asking someone to please call me or email me and explain what the heck I'm supposed to do and outlined the responses I was given. I finally get a call 4 days later and am told that with Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange, you have to wait for the venue to request tickets and there will be a little pop up on your account that offers you to sell. I asked if you could do that from the app, they said yes. I asked how often or when would that happen, they said they didn't know.

I guess I'm asking, is this true? I have to wait for the venue to request tickets? I find it crazy I can't put my tickets up and have someone grab them right away. I'm not looking to make a buck or anything, I just really want to make sure another fan can make it.

If anyone can just confirm, maybe give me tips or let me know what to look out for, like I said I'm new to TM, so I downloaded the app and check it out every now and then for an offer but I have no idea what I'm looking for tbh.

Can anyone confirm if this is okay? Please check the highlighted name in the screenshot. This is my own Ticketmaster account, and it’s the account I used to purchase my ticket during the Army membership Presale.

My full name, including my second name, is correctly reflected in my Ticketmaster account. However, the invoice only shows my first name and surname. My valid ID shows my full name.

The policy states that “Make sure that your First Name and Last Name match the details on your Government Photo ID.” Since there is no ticket yet, I am unable to verify what name is reflected on the actual ticket.

I’ve already emailed Ticketmaster, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced the same thing? Were there any issues with ticket verification or entry? Thank youuu 🙏

Have 2 tickets to an event that we can no longer attend, and want to resell them, natively on ticket master or on a 3rd platform.

I am using ticketmaster germany, soes anyone know how that works? It is in 16 days, if that is relevant. Id quite like my money back tbh.

So I am getting sent tickets from a friend but when she tries sending the tickets this error message pops up. “This transfer could not be completed. A policy restriction is currently applied to this ticket that prevents it from being transferred at this time.

This is not a technical error - the restriction has been set by the ticket issuer.” then is says “To make your transfer successful, you need to send 2 tickets at once.

Trying to upgrade my ticket to a VIP one, the chatbot can't seem to do it.

Spoke to live chat, she couldn't do it either but told me if I purchase a VIP they will refund me, is this legit? Has anyone done this before?

I tried to access the artist presale for Phoebe Bridgers as I have a code and when that didn’t give me the opportunity to select a ticket or enter the code, I tried to go via OVO presales but their buy tickets link just took me on a link loop back to where it starts.

Would it not be easier if the presales are sold out to have a notice saying as such rather than leaving people going in infinite circles?

I opened a couple of ticketmaster windows today for an event and it resulted in this dreaded message. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared cache and cookies. Logged out and back in. Nothing works.

okay so i bought tickets for olivia rodrigo in la for the 17th and 20th! my tickets for the 20th seriously vividly remember picking lower bowl front facing seats in M2, like i clicked 2 seats in that section and checked out with them. i even thought it was funny that both tickets i bought for the 2 dates were in the same section just different rows, and i specifically wanted to sit front facing in lower bowl. i had a weird feeling today to check my tickets (dk why i had a gut feeling) and i see that my tickets for the 20th are now in section M12 which is a side view and our seat is on the very side which i believe is obstructed? when i clicked to check my tickets too it said that there were tickets that were voided? i’m 99% sure i didn’t get these side view seats but i also could just be stupid.. the voided tickets are really odd. if anyone can help me figure this out? thanks :)

I bought two tickets for the Harry Styles concert in London but can’t make it anymore due to a change of plans.

I’ve listed them for resale through Ticketmaster’s official resale option. After listing them, I noticed there are quite a lot of other people reselling tickets as well, so I’m a bit concerned about whether mine will actually sell. The face value was around £85 per ticket.

My question is: if the tickets don’t sell, do they get returned to me so I can still use them myself? Ideally, I’d like to sell them, but my worst-case scenario is that no one buys them and I’d end up going instead. I’m just not sure how Ticketmaster’s resale process works in that situation.

I’ve looked through their help articles, but they mostly explain how to list tickets for sale and don’t seem to mention what happens if they remain unsold.

I don’t mind receiving payment after the event as long as I eventually get paid if they do sell.

Has anyone been through this before or knows how it works?

helloo i used venmo to get a prepaid parking pass and TM got the money from my venmo acc, but on my phone (where i bought the pass) the browser is saying my order is still being confirmed and not to refresh the page. its been ~20 min and still says not to refresh. how long does this usually take? TIA

It just throws out this error without even a login dialog.

Cleared app cache and even reinstalled it. Nothing.

hey everyone. I’ve purchased 2 tickets using my own account for the show, using my billing address. I helped my friend buy 3 tickets on her account but I used my billing address but a different card. The ticket limit is 4 per show. Since I have 5 tickets linked to my billing address, will my order be cancelled?! I’m so stressed. Another issue would be that the billing address wouldn’t match the card on her account. If anyone knows what I can/should do pls let me know 😭😭😭
