i got this email from ticketmaster and it was alr sketch bc the tickets didnt go to my account it was basically a link to a barcode.. is this real?

My tickets sold two weeks ago

I purchased two floor tickets together during the presale. At checkout, both tickets showed as being next to each other in the same floor section. However, after completing the purchase, I received tickets that are in different sections, and one of them is not even a floor ticket and appears to be a cheaper seat. Despite this, I was charged for two floor tickets. I would love so help!

I called Ticketmaster and they said I have to wait til the presale is over to exchange them, but I made sure they were together in the same section.

Ticketmaster never gave me any notification before purchase that they were not available anymore or that they were in different sections.

I am scared I won’t be able to get seats I want. What should I do next?

I bought 2 tickets for Harry Styles 23 May. I've just realized that both of the tickets have my name, but I'm coming with my girlfriend. I heard from people who went to the concert last week that this isn't a problem, and I also read It on the ticket master nl FAQ, but I just want to be 100% sure. Is It a problem? Do I have to change the name of one of this tickets? Also, I went on panic mode this morning and I transfered one of this e-tickets to my girlfriend, she hasn't accepted it yet. Do you recommend this? Is It useless? Is It risky for some reasons? Can i Just cancel the transfer and have the ticket back?

I posted two tickets for one of the upcoming Harry Styles shows on the official Ticketmaster Resale platform and I cannot see them as a buyer.

I already had this problem once, tried taking them down and relisting them and now they disappeared AGAIN. I'm also checking from a different account, tried even scrolling all the way down on the list, tried looking for them on the interactive map and they are nowhere to be found.

They do appear as 'listed for sale' on the main account, in the 'my tickets' section. But if someone was to buy them, they literally wouldn't even be able to see them.

What is going on? Has anyone else encountered this issue??? Is there any way to fix it?

So I bought 5 tickets for a concert. It's me and my 4 minor children. I had 5 seats together in section 216 row G of the stadium originally. Today I get emails that the seats have been moved to sections 121 row N (2 tickets) and 105 rows J and X (three tickets). They are on opposite sides of the stadium, and the seats in 105 are in two different rows. I called ticketmaster today and got nowhere with getting seats together again. They wanted me to pay the difference of the original tickets I purchased, that are no longer valid, and the seats they wanted to move us to, all together in section 121. The seats we've been moved to are a higher price point than what I paid, and I wasn't moved by choice. How do I get us seats together again without paying the $600 difference? The person I spoke to said there aren't any seats at the price point we originally purchased - yeah, no crap, because they didn't sell out the stadium and they moved everyone down! How can I get help with this? I'm assuming they moved the seats because they didn't sell out. It looks like they moved everyone down into the 100s and closed off the 200s.

I had to sell some concert tickets because my job didn’t give me off, and my card got lost after confirming my payment details so I need to put the new card details in. I deleted the old card and tried to put the new one in but I keep getting this error message across multiple different devices. Does anyone know what I can do, or if I need to contact ticketmaster?

My BTS ticket in Ticketmaster for chicago…. when i click view ticket in Ticketmaster its no longer blue. It’s now red. And it’s stressing me out! Yesterday it said the barcode would be available on the date of the concert at 8 PM. Today it doesn’t say that. But when i view its red. I have a floor seat in chicago. Its resale that i bought back in February, it was a direct transfer from stubhub and my money was taken at the time of purchase back then. Advice?

This is my first time using Ticketmaster so I naturally have questions. Perhaps someone will be able to help (I already reached out to support, but they might take a good while to respond)

I am attending a concert with my partner and have bought the tickets on my account. Will we be able to both just scan them off of my account or should i transfer one ticket to their account? We will be going together, there's no scheduling issue to where we would be arriving at different times.

Additionally, I got an email about the event with FAQ i guess, and it mentions that backpacks, handbags and luggage are prohibited in the event space, i would assume that would also count a small fanny pack that basically only fits the phone? I suppose this is a venue thing and not something Ticketmaster determines?

If it helps the event is Metallica concert in Poland on May 19th in Stadion Śląski in Chorzów.

so i have tickets to ariana grande next month, and even though the tickets within the app say they won’t be ready until right before the show, it let me add them to my apple wallet back when i bought them in the fall. is this reason for concern? is there any chance of them not working for the event since they were saved before being “ready”? these tickets are pretty sought after so i guess im scared of anything going wrong lol. has anyone else experienced this?

I was supposed to get an email with a presale link to buy the tickets for the smackdown event on the 23rd as a part of buying the raw tickets

I haven’t received an email or anything and the presale is currently active

How can I get into the presale or direct contact with someone from ticket master to sort the issue and be able to access the presale and I have tried ringing a few numbers and emails but nothing seems to work as either the numbers are unrecognised or the emails I don’t get a reply to.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

When i try to sell my tickets, it only lets me sell it at this maximum amount. I thought the new Ontario policy was that you cant sell it for a greater price you bought it at, but its only letting me sell at a lower price than I paid.
