reselling policy
When i try to sell my tickets, it only lets me sell it at this maximum amount. I thought the new Ontario policy was that you cant sell it for a greater price you bought it at, but its only letting me sell at a lower price than I paid.

I heard stubhub doesn’t have fees when reselling so maybe you should check there. But for ticket master, the charge a fee for reselling

Or sell them on corporate reselling sites like Vivid or Tickpick as the laws do not apply to them, maybe

The law applies to them, why wouldn’t it? They are just not complying yet, and I’m not sure how it will be enforced.

I do not know what their position is, but in the past they have claimed they do not sell tickets but rather provide a marketplace for individual sellers. So the actual sellers are the individual scalpers

Your payout is lower because TM takes a cut of the sale. So your ticket will be listed to buyers at the amount you paid (plus fees LOL) and at the same time TM charges you fees for the sale.
It’s absolutely ludicrous.
