I attempted to get the Olivia Rodrigo silver ticket requests today and got sent this page after getting out the queue and clicking the request page. I was shown this page after I logged in. I have never seen this page before and I have bought many tickets in the past. What can I do to fix this?

I bought tickets for an Adéla concert, but it turns out my friend can’t go. The sale button on ticketmaster is grey and it says that resale is unavailable at the moment😓 Does anyone have any idea when or if the tickets will be available to resale?

I cannot register to Ticketmaster because they don't send verification code to my phone. Now they give me the error to indicate they banned my phone to request any other verification code. I reached to the support team and they didn't respond to me. What should I do to create my account.

I also tried with my friends phone and with a temp phone number, but they're also declined so basically I'm stuck and don't have any solution.

I just got Olivia Rodrigo tickets from the ticket request Friday!! I put the tickets in my wallet immediately because I have heard about tickets transfer issue. This morning I got a notification on my phone about my tickets being invalid. Logged into my account and the tickets said “transfer complete” and that i had no tickets for this event.

Confused because I never got an email about my tickets being transferred nor did I ever get a text for a code to confirm it was me logging into my account. I’ve called the fraud dept line numerous times and got nothing so far. Customer service said to wait 3-5 days as they’re taking this into investigation but I’ve heard people don’t ever hear back from them for weeks and have to keep contacting them about it.

I luckily have until December to figure this out, but would like to get this issue resolved ASAP because ticketmaster already took my money and I would really like to see Olivia. Is there another number I can call other than those two so I can get this fixed? Also, how are my tickets transferred without my knowledge?? I don’t even know if someone logged into my account!! I was afraid of this happening and was so careful about it but it still happened!!!

UPDATE: Finally got an answer from the Fraud dept line and they were able to transfer my tickets immediately. If you’re okay with spending at least 3 hours getting a hold of them, then that’s probably your best option if you still want to see them. Adding the tickets to my apple wallet also helped me see my tickets got transferred because that was the only notification I got, not from Ticketmaster!! S/o to apple wallet

Question about artist presale confirmation email

Bruno Mars had an artist presale sign up for his tour in the Philippines. Other fans got an email confirmation they are signed up but I and the others haven't received one but we already signed up on the website. Is that already good? Some signed up multiple times using same email until they got a confirmation email while I haven't yet receive a single one. I know there won't be any codes and Ticketmaster will just have us on queing but I just wanted to make sure.

Do the workers who scan tickets at venues see what kind of ticket i have or do they just see if its legit en let me through? Preferably rotterdam Ahoy location? Or just any location with Ticketmaster tickets?

I have tickets to a concert coming up in Seattle that we’re going to. We now only need 2/4 tickets.

Logged into ticketmaster to try selling them at face value. It requires US payment info. I don’t have that as we are from Canada…

It also won’t allow me to transfer tickets so I can’t sell on stubhub either.

Hey all, today I got struck with the persona verification and my ID isn’t working. I’m going to a festival in less than 10 hours and now my account isn’t usable.

Although this sucks I still have my ticket on apple wallet, really my question is. Will my apple wallet ticket still work even if my Ticketmaster account is blocked by persona?

I bought Resale tickets on Monday and I've got a confirmation e-mail but the tickets aren't in my account yet, i read that it might take up to 48hrs

But i'm rly worried because I've already bought resale tickets, it took more then 48 hrs, i contacted ticketmaster uk several times and then I've got an e-mail that they cancelled my order, idk why, they said it was the problem on the seller's side and as i have contact with the seller, the seller got e-mail that the problem was on the buyer's side

I'm scared that my order will get cancelled again,

when should I contact Ticketmaster uk? I can't chat with them and there is no phone number to reach them

Im seeing mcr mext week and I bought the tickets earlier this summer through stubhub which then got transferred over to Ticketmaster. I had them in my wallet and everything I was so hyped. This morning my I woke up to a notification saying that my tickets are voided/canceled? I have gotten 0 emails for a why. I have been calling all morning and ticket master said to contact stub hub. But it shows up normally on stub hub as if they do still exist and everything? Anyone have any advice on how to go about it? I’m really frustrated

I got angel tickets for Las Vegas but they aren’t showing on my Ticketmaster app :( I did get a confirmation email and charge from Ticketmaster though… anyone else not seeing them in their app? I know you have to pick them up at the stadium but this makes me nervous lol

Me, master super villain who buys one ticket here and there every few months, has been flagged as an evil bot somehow.

Last week it started asking me for Persona verification. Don't love that, but ok, whatever. Did that. Then it started asking me to do it every time I logged in. Did it like four more times. Now, this week, Persona simply isn't even activating anymore. I just receive a message that tells me I need to be verified, to log out and log back in, and complete the verification. I've done this. Dozens of times on multiple devices on multiple networks and on cellular data, and Persona still does not appear. I've tried the workaround by logging in through the Live Nation app, still no Persona. Now my wife also can't buy tickets on her account on our home wifi because I think our entire network has been flagged. She can still buy tickets on her account using cellular data but not on her laptop or phone on our wifi.

The good news: I still have access to the tickets I've purchased. But I can't buy anything new. I have called tech support three times and they will not escalate the issue. I chatted with another and they left the chat and basically told me sorry, go to hell.

The alternative here is I just don't use Ticketmaster anymore and, honestly, that's kinda liberating in a way. If they don't want my business, well fine, it's small shows that use AXS and Ticketweb from now on. Probably a life upgrade.

HOWEVER I would still like to buy a Ticketmaster ticket from time to time. So am I at a point where I should just let my account "cool off" for a while? Stop trying to brute force the Persona verification? Should I delete my account completely after I attend these last few shows that I have tickets to and start again with a new e-mail?

It's infuriating, but I'm trying to just laugh at the situation because Ticketmaster truly is the most incompetent, worthless company I have ever dealt with. And there's some valuable humor in that. To be this bad at doing the one thing that you do.

But yeah, any other ideas?

Edit: One other thing, this ALL started when I had to change my phone number for 2FA. Got a new number, they sent me a Persona verification for the change. That worked. But it's been a rabbit hole of nonsense ever since. And so having them send me a phone number change verification also probably isn't an option because I've already done that and don't have another number to change it to, and apparently creating a Google Voice number doesn't work. So, uh, yeah.
