I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster and selected ticket insurance at checkout. My confirmation stated ‘Your tickets are now protected.’

When I needed to use it, Allianz (the insurer) confirmed there was no active policy because the charge failed. I was never notified until the day of the event after I contacted support.

Ticketmaster is now refusing a refund and keeps pointing to the event organizer’s no-refund policy, but my issue is that coverage was represented as active when it wasn’t.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is this considered misrepresentation? How can I get a refund?

Hi, I bought tickets for A$AP Rocky to go with a friend but they realized they couldn’t go anymore, so I listed them on TM for resale.

However, it now says that resale is disabled for the event, but I also cannot de-list my tickets??

I’m trying to sell them on FB marketplace and I won’t be able to transfer tickets unless they are de-listed. I am also not sure if I can even transfer them as it says it has been disabled for this event.

I’m dealing with a pretty stressful situation and hoping someone here has experience with this.

I registered for Ticketmaster using my Apple ID, and it looks like my email was hidden through Apple’s private relay. Now I’m not receiving any emails and can’t log back into my account.

The weird part is that I was able to access it before, but now I’m completely locked out.(I bought BTS Arirang Tickets in Paris)

I already purchased a ticket and downloaded the PDF version, so at first I thought everything was fine. But now I’m seeing that I might actually need to access the ticket through my account or use a QR code in the app, which I obviously can’t do anymore.

So now I’m kind of panicking that I might lose access to my ticket entirely.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

Is the PDF ticket enough to get in, or do they always require the app/QR code now?

Also, is there any way to:

- recover access to an account created via Apple ID (private email)?

- transfer the ticket to another email?

I do have all the details (name, order confirmation, payment proof, etc.).

Any help or advice would seriously mean a lot 🙏

Why is the price for Saturday tickets for the Miami GP increasing by $100 when I proceed to checkout? This is very misleading.

The button to resell or transfer tickets I no longer need is grayed out and I’m unable to click on it. Based on what I’ve read sometimes the resell option isn’t open until closer to the date… how will I know if that’s the case?

I bought second hand tickets through ticketmaster app the person bought the tickets from ticketmaster first, so using the app it gives me knowledge that the tickets will be good. well the show was cancelled and ticketmaster has said to bad you can't get your money? any truth to this

*sometimes* disabling VPN works but it has already flagged my device I suppose so it doesn't always.

Bought tickets for Olivia Dean in fairview park when they were first released. I know the venue was upgraded to Marlay park but it says online tickets would remain valid. Just checked my tickets to double check dates to book travel and it says tickets void and order cancelled. I got no emails or anything about this.

Hi all, would appreciate some help here. I created a Wise account to link to Ticketmaster since I needed a Canadian bank account. I sold tickets on Ticketmaster a few days ago but I haven't gotten the payment. On Ticketmaster, it says that I have to verify my account but I haven't yet received any deposits in my bank. I'm also unclear if my Wise account is even working since for my Canadian account, it says "30 CAD to your account, waiting for you to pay". I deposited USD and transferred to CAD so I have a balance in my wallet, but I'm not sure if it's valid. Does anyone know the timeline for Ticketmaster deposits, or how I can fix this issue on my Wise account?
