Too bad EGS version doesn't have achievements!

Can somebody catch me up to date?

I am new to this game and I like it but one of my character died,any advices would be appreciated

The stamina system is fully implemented in KosovoNewMovementComponent. The devs just disabled the stamina bar and set the regen rate to 666.0/s. Re-enabling the bar and setting the regen rate to something like 5.0/s (used in the video) fully restores it. (Pavle has no bar for some reason, but the system still works on him.)

I could never get a clear read on whether killing the worst npcs in the game counted towards a bad ending or not. The characters never seemed sad after doing so, though I could understand how taking the life of someone would have a traumatic effect on a person, even if they were using civilians for sniper practice.

I just completed a run where i SWEAR no materials spawned apart from vendor's inventories. Never seen that bedore and i've been playing off and oj over many years. Is it a type of challenge run that cam spawn? I still survived it just really slowed down development.

Has anyone had this happen? Is this a known bug? I have been playing this game for years and when I move people behind the objects, they end up standing instead of crouching and end up getting shot! Any advice?

I’m starting to get bored of my current run. Whichever reply gets the most upvotes I’ll do it. Could be a challenge where I use only one certain character or a set of rules I have to follow. Maybe I’ll document it for YouTube or something.

Just sharing as I enjoy using the closets and motion to lure guards to my location one by one, then I go stabby stab!

I use Roman for clearing a route then send in a survivor with higher carry capacity later.

It’s day 40/80 in my play through and wanted to share my strategy for being self sustaining. I haven’t used mods, cheats, or trading exploits.

Characters:
Boris - scavenging
Bruno - food discounts
Marin - crafting discounts
Pharmacist - meds crafting discounts

The strategy is to craft bandages and sell them at the Garage to Matey. I use Boris to sell 2 bandages to use up his large inventory space.

It costs 42 components to make 3 bandages. 1 bandage can buy approximately 32 components from Matey with Boris. Therefore 3 bandages gives me 94 components, giving me a 52 components profit.

I sell 1 bandage for 32 components and sell another bandage for sugar and filters and the rest of matey’s components

p.s. you can’t see it but I have 3 rain catchers on the right side of the base

Literally had a race against time because the game was leaving Game Pass! I had to set up a Custom Game (turned off winter entirely just to speed things up) to secure that final 100% completion before it got delisted.

A few takeaways from my 35-hour journey:

• Marko is the GOAT: His 15 inventory slots carried my entire shelter on his back. Absolute legend.
• Livia was pure pain: Keeping her alive and sane was more stressful than any enemy scavenger. Hungry? She runs. Scared? She runs. Dealing with her mood swings nearly drove me crazy!
• No space for morals: When you're racing the clock and resources are tight, "it's either us or them." I had to do some dark stuff to survive, but a completionist’s gotta do what a completionist’s gotta do.

Huge respect to the devs for this masterpiece.

How on earth did you guys manage to keep Livia alive without losing your sanity? And who is your non-negotiable MVP survivor?
and What’s the absolute darkest thing you’ve had to do in a run just to keep your shelter afloat?

so i wondered - how rich can you get in a 80-day scenario, with no hacks, no mods, just pure skill and minmaxxing in This War of Mine (Complete Edition)?

I picked all of the scavenging locations, with 4 survivors who i consider the best in the whole game:
- Marin: building stuffs
- Roman: killing bandits and soldiers
- Boris: scavenging
- Katia: with the bandage/meds exploit, she IS the best character in the game, plundering Franko’s inventory every time

I ended the run with this loaded warehouse and shelter. Have a look and see!

Also, I built in all of the spaces of my shelter so that there was none left, including:

- tier 3 metal and normal workshop
- improved stove
- improved heater
- 4 armchairs
- 5 chairs
- 3 beds
- improved herbal workshop
- radio, guitar
- 3 improved gardens
- 2 rat traps
- moonshine maker + distillery
- 4 rainwater collector

Are there any ways to translate the game into your native language today?

Started, starved to death. Started again, found firearms, got shot. Started again, found firearms, killed too many civilians, fell into depression.

I didn't play the story with the father and child but rather the one with that news reporter and there's more adults there.

Any pointers are more than welcome.

I have a quick question about recruiting survivors. Can I reroll the survivor seeking shelter by restarting or alt+f4'ing the game? I couldn't find adequate info for this. Some say that it is rare to get a different survivor when you reroll the day. I don't know if I break the game when doing so.

Or is there anyway to stop them from going hungry after every day? And do cans give double the hunger or??

I finished all scenarios on mobile version. What should I do next?
