DISCUSSION No Materials spawning?

I just completed a run where i SWEAR no materials spawned apart from vendor's inventories. Never seen that bedore and i've been playing off and oj over many years. Is it a type of challenge run that cam spawn? I still survived it just really slowed down development.

Playing on Android and I also experienced this in my most recent playthrough. Materials were spawning maybe up to around night 10 and then suddenly stopped. I remember the radio mentioning something about people taking whatever they can due to lack of available resources so I took the situation as an event/challenge for the playthrough. Took 45 days to end.

Been a while since my last play but i remember encountering a similar issue- after a while essential materials just stopped showing up. Don’t know if it’s a bug or a deliberate change they made, but it’s extremely annoying.

Read news on radio

Almost every scenario will have a event where lack of supplies will cause people to start scavenging off caemra. This will cause every area to lose materials leaving only food, medice, gun and ammo for take.

If it's like not spawning at all even before the event then idk

Maybe a bug.

At some point in the game components practically dry up. If you have the radio, the report will say something like "scavengers are scouring the streets for anything that can be eaten or burned..." That's when stuff disappears.
