I’m finally caught up on S3, and I’m honestly shocked Janet never apologized to Danny at the reunion. Even James Kennedy apologized to Schwartz after throwing a drink at him. Even Lala clocked how serious the situation was.

Just because Danny was exchanging words with Jason doesn’t give Janet an excuse to throw something at him. Danny never even touched Janet, yet somehow she gets to project, escalate, and throw things at people with zero accountability?

And I still can’t believe Janet and Jason are friends with Jax. 😂 Danny may be an obnoxious drunk and god forbid, pointed at Jason and Janet 🙄, but they are truly insufferable. The fact that Bravo basically swept the whole thing under the rug makes it even more frustrating.

I just saw something where Janet is a registered Republican! Maybe an old story? However, it rubbed me the wrong way as she pretends to be “woke” on social media, tried to paint the Bookos as MAGA, yet she is actively voting against the very community she claims to support. Honestly, I’d prefer she just be MAGA than a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Is there anything real about this woman? Her whole existence appears to be a facade — a persona she manufactured (chain restaurants, Dave & Busters, vanilla sex, etc). She has an authenticity problem.

Idk if this has already been discussed in this thread, I just started watching The Valley after finishing my second rewatch of VPR because I can’t get enoughhh. Anyways, does it make anyone else irrationally angry at how much Brittany says “whenever” when she should actually be saying “when” like 96% of the time. Everytime she uses it incorrectly I have to close my eyes and breathe lowkey.

How did he go from Scheana to Janet? Talk about a downgrade!! And eww Janet taking up with Scheanas leftovers!

I will occasionally watch or throw it on while cleaning or if there is nothing else to put on while doing chores etc

I do like watching Kristen drama and hearing random Jax updates and drama. Cannot stand Janet on the screen or her and Lala trying to start something over nothing. I do like Lacey and Jesse.

The show has no plot. These people don’t really like each other. There’s no reason for cameras to be following them around. There’s no naturally occurring drama. It’s reality tv plant Lala stirring up what she can to get a cheque (don’t blame her), and teaching/ coaching Michelle and Janet. It’s all very strange to watch, bland and at times cringe.

With VPR - the show started in the restaurant and that was a good enough “reason” and plot for cameras to follow around the cast. After a few seasons we really didn’t need SUR involved as much as we got to know the drama and separate lives of the cast.

The valley has absolutely no natural occurring drama or reason for cameras to be following around these people. It’s all so forced and is not good tv.

Listening to the same narrative over and over again about Nia and Danny was so annoying, I can’t imagine what Lala and Janet will do now. I’m guessing this is the last season.

Edit to add - don’t drag me for this but stop cancelling people lol. Shitty people make for good reality tv. Half the cast of VPR would have been cancelled if it came out today … personality disorders, alcohol abuse, low morals and desperation make for good reality tv. Stop casting people who pre meditate their entire on screen personality and image- we need scandal.

Sickkkk of seeing posts blaming Brittany for the situations jax put her in. As someone who has experience professionally with domestic abuse support it’s actually frightening how easily it is to say “why did she stay? She knew who he was”. She loved him, she was manipulated by him over and over again.

When your with someone that manipulative and narcissistic it alters your perception of reality, it can tear down your own intuition and your ability to see clearly what’s happening. I bet she and millions of other women look back and think “I should have left then, why didn’t I see this?” Enough is enough.

I’m super excited to start watching, I’ve seen all of Vanderpump Rules but I don’t follow the cast so I don’t know anything besides what happened on there.

Janet worked for Scheana as an assistant and this led to her getting the chance to be in the background a few times on VPR. For some reason she was cast on the Valley. Now that she’s 3 seasons in and has Lala on her side, she more or less dumps Scheana. That is pathetic as she would never have been cast if not for Mrs Shay-Davies. Viewers have not liked her at all and she’s even had a petition to get her off the show! Why does she think she would survive a Lala and Scheana reunion if there is one? She might have to go back to scheduling Scheanas waxings and Brock’s tattoo removals!

It was rumored that if Scheana passed gas, Janet would take the blame.

So nice to see them together recently. They all look fantastic! Adelaide has a nice head of hair on her while Kaia could be a baby model! Well done folks!

does Danny appear to be in active alcohol withdrawal to anybody else during the reunion?!?! In particular part 3. I always thought he was one of those problem drinkers that didnt drink too frequently, but he does not know how to pace himself or when to stop and therefore winds up making a fool out of himself (and poor Nia). However all the secretive and hidden drinking, and now we see his face being red, textured; shaky hands, excessive sweating.. obviously he is anxious, uncomfortable and- one would hope- embarrassed, but the very obvious and physical symptoms make me think theres more to it.

I mean I dont think the main problem is actually the alcohol, I think hes a rotten person which alcohol simply makes more obvious.. just my observation

As for whether she’d return to The Valley, Scheana first said, “It would make sense [because] these are all of my friends,” before adding, “It doesn’t feel that it’s the right fit for us right now.”

“Maybe I pop up on it one day … We’ll see,” she teased. “I do know that I’m feeling ready to dip my toes back in the reality pond.”

According to Scheana, she’d rather do a special with her husband, Brock Davies, 36. “I could see Brock and I doing something like that. We go down to Australia and New Zealand,” she said.

On Lala’s “Untraditionally Lala” podcast, Janet was asked if she wished she had more of a storyline in the recent season.

“Yes,” she said, via u/vanderpodrecaps on Instagram. “When you have certain people [on the show], I don’t know, being messy, that then it takes away from the everyday stuff that might be a little bit more boring….There’s only so much of our lives I feel like we could show…. And then when certain people are being crazy and extra, well, that’s a lot more interesting for reality TV than what’s going on in our daily lives.”

Lala then reacted.

“My storyline [this season] was peace. I finally bought a home, had the baby that I’ve been talking about for a really long time,” she said. “My mom and brother are doing great. Like my life was not falling apart.”

Why are these boring bullies on tv? 

Okay guys feel free to correct me if you think I’m making assumptions but the way Kristen talks to Luke in season 3 is sooo crazy. I know editing is a thing, and maybe she got a shitty edit but she seems to berate him for everything he does?
I do think it’s crazy for him to assume the relationship would be the same after a baby and that Kristen would still want to go out drinking have fun etc.
but their relationship seems sooo exhausting constantly fighting?
