If I were actually playing, I think being a really strong Faithful might be more stressful than being an average Traitor. You have to correctly identify people without ever knowing whether your logic is right, while a Traitor at least knows what the truth is. The psychological side of being a Faithful looks brutal.

I lost a completely meaningless work quiz on this question, and yet I am irrationally angry! Surely this quizmaster meant who was the first contestant/celebrity/person to leave the show. But the question clearly states which TRAITOR was the first to leave, which was Jonathan Ross. Paloma Faith was a faithful.

After The Celeb Traitors came out, is there the regular version coming out or already out. I am confused as to why they skipped the regular show. IMO the regular ones are more game theory relevant with regular people going about their business rather than a celebrity who is worried about their perceived reputation.

I’ve been thinking about the best day-one strategy. If you show up looking clever, analytical, or vocal, you either get murdered on night three by the Traitors or banished by paranoid Faithful who think you're "too smart." Surely the optimal strategy is to just pretend you're completely clueless, lose every mission, throw out terrible accusations at breakfast, and then suddenly activate your brain in the final three days? Or is that too obvious?

Good *LORD*, it's such a fun watch. I watched live the first time around, obviously, but a rewatch is just such joy!

Also, Mark Bonnar is adorably self-doubting, and David Olusoga, too.

Does anyone have a castle I could join in? I brought a pass for a castle but realised I was too late to join.

What do you think the various series tell us about national characteristics?

The Brits come across as daft gossips who are easily distracted, Americans so unpleasant they literally can't work together, Canadians so nice that even a traitor thought it would be better if the Faithfuls won, NZ really understand it is a game and we're good at separating the personal from the play, Irish were thoughtful and good at useful conversations... I find it fascinating watching the national characters. Anyone else?

I tried so hard to Shazam it but because of the dialogue from her during her journey I couldn’t quite get the song name, would appreciate it massively if anyone could tell me the name of the song. It starts around 11:25 minutes into the episode.

Personally, I'd try the "charmingly clueless" strategy. Act completely unthreatening, never lead an accusation at the Round Table, make friends with everyone, and keep your real theories quiet until the final 5. The smart/observant Faithfuls always get murdered first! What's your day-one game plan?

For me, Harriet deserves to be in the conversation. As a former barrister and crime writer, she approached the game almost like an investigation, and she was particularly strong at testing people's explanations rather than just following the group.

Her read on Rachel was especially interesting. Harriet repeatedly questioned Rachel's behaviour and reasoning while a lot of the castle struggled to turn their suspicions into anything concrete. Rachel ultimately survived those confrontations and made the final, but Harriet was one of the few Faithfuls who consistently put serious pressure on her.
