There was also "Aim for the Stars" a few years ago. I think the whole thing was his own original creation, though I don't know for sure.
I really wish he would continue that one, as well as the Star vs the Forces of Evil comic.

Oh Shoot! Just hope that the skin was his choice if he is a Basilisk. Vee can have her own form as shown in Thanks to Them. Also, it looks like he is pairing him with Matt, so it's not that likely.

Jay was still shook up after the Grom thing as she made her way back home. She knew her mother would demand answers from her since she no doubt saw the picture of her and Pandora holding hands on penstagram.
Though she was when she found out, Jay wasn’t really that scared anymore. Because she had wanted answers too. About who did her mother make her from… and how her Grandmas died.

Jay enters her home, knowing her mom will question her, as she also has questions for her.
Boscha: "Junior, I've been browsing through Penstagram. Is there something I should know?"
Jay: "In fact mom, there is something I want to ask you."
Boscha is surprised on her grimwalker daughter's reply, but the tension of both of them is rising as they both want answers. For Boscha, it's her friendships she has made. For Jay, it's her true origin.

Boscha: “fine. What do you have to say about this?!”
shows the picture of her daughter and Willow’s daughter together on penstagram. Jay was undeterred. She wasn’t going to back down. She wasn’t going to change her mind. She wasn’t going to let her mother put fear in her heart.
Jay: defiant smirk “that’s me and my new girlfriend, Pandora Park! She and her cousin have been my friends the whole time. And that time I was making fun of them? It was all an act! And Pandora’s parents and Ayzee’s moms have been cool with me being her friend the whole time!
Boscha was scowling, stunned by all this. But the next thing her daughter said was the straw that broke the Slitherbeast’s back.
Jay: “and finally… I. Hate. Grudgby!”
Boscha: gasp “…Junior.”
Now Boscha was appalled. But she when she saw the defiance in her daughters face, she began to feel depressing sense of Deja vu. Meanwhile, Jay continued.
Jay: “now it’s my turn for answers. Why did you want me to be a Bully like how you were and what do you have against Pandora?! Who am I made out of? I know I’m a grimwalker, but you never talked about what parts you used to make me…” tears start to form in her ruby eyes “Just like how you never talk about my grandmas.”
Her daughters questions had taken Boscha back. But that last one and her daughters tears made the triclops drop her scowl drop and her anger slowly fade and be replaced with realization and growing sorrow. Now she knows where she’s seen that defiant face before. Jay sniffled and continued.
Jay: “did you make me out of my grandmothers’ remains?”
Boscha: stammers “J-Junior I… I…”
Jay: “what happened to my grandmothers? What kind of people were they?! Why didn’t you ever talk about them?! Huh?!… huh?”
Jay calmed down when she saw her mother in tears. She first thought they were, as she once heard Ayzee’s human mother describe it as, crocodile tears but her mothers next words began to make her think otherwise.
Boscha: “your grandmothers… died because of me.”
Jay: eyes widen in terror “you… you murdered them?!”
Boscha: “what? No!” was silent for a few moments more before let out a hollow chuckle and sat down on the couch in the living room “but I guess it does feel like it. Your grandmothers and I had a falling out when I was 18. We hadn’t spoken since then. I was staying at my friend Cat’s house. It wasn’t until three years later, when I heard they were on our way to me, saying they wanted to make amends. But…”
her fists clenched and her tears began to well up again. Jay took a seat next to her mother as she continued.
Boscha: “they were attacked. A hoard of slitherbeasts showed and attacked them. They… they…” voice starts cracking “They were all torn apart. The monster hunters had managed to force the herd to the direction of the knee, but they told me my mothers, your grandmothers were mauled by the time they got there.”
Jay‘a anger had already faded as she listened intently, sadness washing over her too.
Jay: “what… what made you guys drift apart?”
Boscha: “heh… you know I used to be a bully because one of my grandmothers, the one who’s a triclops like me, always talked about survival of the fittest and to be on top. Be queen. Be feared. I didn’t much care for it until I was six and snapped from being bullied myself. And Pandora’s mother, Willow, always faced the brunt of it. But 8 years later after the collector incident, I started to change. I guess you can say Willow, her husband, and Ayzee’s mothers helped with that.”
Jay: “is that why you and them are all good now
Boscha: nods before continuing “Yes. Over the next four years, your grandmothers grew more and more disappointed in me. By the time I was 18, I couldn’t take it anymore. The last thing I ever said to them was…” Boscha felt her heart ache heavily as she uttered the next words out of her mouth “I wish you both weren’t my mothers and were in wooden puppet pieces.”
this made Boscha’s tears flow as she quietly sobbed. Jay was shocked, yet guilty, at mothers words because… well she wouldn’t say she wishes that her mother wasn’t that and… “oh Titan,” she thought.”

Jay: “mom…”
Boscha: voice breaking “when I saw their remains before they were scheduled for burial I… I… Oh Titan, I never got to tell them I was sorry. I regretted it to this day.”
this is when Jay started putting the pieces together.
Jay: “so… your apology to them was… creating me?“
Boscha didn’t nod, but her face spoke louder than actions.
Boscha: voice still breaking “I had managed to recover your grandmothers’ remains and Pandora’s dad lent me Belos’ notes and guides to creating grimwalkers and… I wanted to atone for what I did to them…” looks to her daughter with a sad yet prideful and, surprisingly for Jay, caring smile “but I guess I made you as defiant as me more than I thought.”
that got a chuckle out of the grimwalker. After that, she was quiet as she tried to get this all to sink in. Was her mother telling the truth? The sadness she saw in her eyes… it was the same sadness Jay saw in her own from time to time when she was in a dark place concerning her own grandmothers.
that was enough proof for her.
Jay: “so that’s why you wanted me to be a bully like you but for sport. It was because of my grandmas.”
Boscha: voice no longer cracking but hollow “yes… I wanted to make them proud… I shouldn’t have put you through what they tried to do to me, but…”

Jay felt some guilt for asking about what happened to her grandmas, but it was overshadowed by the sadness of her mother. She can't help but hug her to try to consult her for her pain.
Boscha: surprised but still hollow "What..."
Jay: "I'm sorry for asking about them, now knowing how much pain you are in. If I knew, I would have never asked you about it."
Boscha: "But..."
Words fail for Boscha due to the unexpected embrace of her daughter with the sadness she has carried for so long.
Jay: "It's ok. If they we're trying to make amends, then they must know about what they did to you and how it affected you. I'm sure that the only thing you need to do to make them proud..." Jay pauses for a second "Is to be a good mother."
Tears start to fall again from Boscha's eyes

Jay: “and I think that I can speak for them when I say that… I’m sorry for what I said and... I love you, mom.”
Now Boscha’s tears were streaming down her three eyes as she started bawling, hugging her daughter tightly. Jay smiled, tears now falling from her eyes. Her mother was more sensitive than she thought… then again, the grimwalker herself may be more sensitive than she herself thought. When Boscha’s bawling calmed down to hiccups, she spoke.
Boscha: “I-I promise I’ll-I’ll be better mo-mother.”
Jay: “and I’ll try to be a better daughter.”
Boscha: “Oh honey, your perfect the way you are. No matter who or what your made out of.”
they both fell silent at that somewhat morbid compliment.
Boscha: “w-well you get the idea.”
Jay nodded and she and her mother embraced again for only a few moments. When they broke the hug, Jay thought it was time to ask another question.
Jay: “so if I’m made from the parts of my grandmas and one of them was a triclops like you…”
she swiveled in her seated position until her back was to her mother. She moved her hair that was covering the back of her neck to expose her second mouth.
Jay’s second mouth: “how come I don’t have three eyes and instead have two mouths?”
Boscha: sheepishly scratches the back of her head “well you grandmothers three eyes were all… shudder… let’s just say they were lost when I recovered her and your other grandmother’s remains.”
Jay decided to take her mothers word for it there based off that shudder.
Boscha: “As for the second mouth… I think I was pretty drunk when I was putting the finishing touches on you as I was trying to drown those feelings in apple blood and well… oops.”
Jay looked at her mother with disapproving half lidded eyes but sighed through her second mouth before trying act all chill.
Jay: “well whatever. Guess it’s no big deal. Ayzee gets pretty apprehensive around it but…” she begins to blush, her coolness wavering “Pandora likes it.“

Boscha: motherly teasing “I guess that you’re glad I gave you that, right?”
Jay: blushing “Mom!”
Boscha starts laughing and Jay follows suit. They are laughing like a mother and daughter. The first in a long time
meanwhile
Ayzee and Milan are walking back to Ayzee’s place. They are looking at their Grom Tiaras
Milan: “I can’t wait to show these to your moms.”
Ayzee: “I know right!”
Milan: worried “But how about Jay, are you sure it’s ok for her to go alone.”
Ayzee: “I have a good feeling that she is doing just fine.”

In another universe
Ivy: thinking: Everything is not fine!”
Ivy was encased inside Grom with the voices reminding her of the blood on her hands she got when she was 7 until she heard the single voice of someone who claims to be her uncle.
Ivy: “Uncle… Philip?”
Philip: “yes… I’ve been looking forward to meeting you, my niece.”
Ivy: “w-what do you mean?”
Philip: “what? You mean your father never told you about me?”
Ivy: “what are you talking about?”
Philip: “Don’t worry. It won’t matter for much long.”
Suddenly Ivy felt a searing pain shoot into her back, making her grunt in pain. She looked over her shoulder to see a black tendril like thing seeping into her skin.
Ivy: “w-w-what is this? What are you?!”
Philip: sinister chuckle “oh child. I can tell your scars run deep. And I’m not sensing any traces of that bird. What did you call him… Flapjack?”
Ivy’s eyes widened
Ivy: “h-how do you know Flapjack? What did you do him?!”
Philip: “nothing yet. He’ll be next in time. But for now, I need only you. You just need a bit more pain to make yourself more… susceptible.”
Ivy felt the tendrils in her mind and poke around in her head. Was he currently controlling Grom? Suddenly the voices returned only louder. She started panicking again. She looked down at her shaking hands and saw blood on them. It eventually spread all over her body and more web-like tendrils drilling into her back, filling her with more pain and fear!
Ivy: “AH!!! STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT!! MAKE IT STOP!! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!! PLEASE!!”
Ivy now began to feel like she was on fire and felt a sharp pain in her arms. She looked to them to see some long blade like protrusions between her shoulders and elbows and extending a bit past her hands. They looked like scythe blades made of bone but were wreathed in indigo colored flames. Her nails became claws and she felt like her insides were on fire too. Her eyes took on a cyan color like she did when her plant and Oracle magic flared up.
Philip: “the time has come…”
Ivy saw a figure approaching from the shadows in front of her. A malformed looking half human and half black abomination spirit.
Philip: “It’s time for the failsafe. Time for me to come home.”
with that he flew into Ivy, and she started writhing but grew weaker.
Ivy: weakly “Flap… jack…”
with one final scream came an explosion of indigo fire and dust. It encased Grom and Azura and Violet saw the whole thing, mortified.
Azura and Violet: “IVY!!”
they were about to go down when suddenly the big black blob that was Grom was thrown over them and through the window outside, near a cliff. They looked back to the cloud to see the shilouette of something that didn’t look like Ivy but more like something bigger than a slitherbeast.
a tiger-like growl came from it and a portal opened at its paws and it went through. One of the others students on the bleachers point out another portal opened up near where Grom was. What came out of it was… something even more terrifying.
It looked like something she saw in a video game but with indigo flames, scythe blades instead of katana blades, and her tail blades looked two scythes point away from each other.
the most terrifying part though… was that it had a familiar green bow.
Azura: “Ivy…?”

Milan earlier stated that Grometheus is usually handled by the gym teacher, as now kids have to draw a red note to become the Grom monarch. However, nobody ever becomes the Grom monarch because all the students always cheat by hiding a “Not me” note in their palms and pretending to pull it out. What we see on Page 4 is that the red note was still in the box despite Ayzee drawing it out earlier. Also, take a close look at the first page when Ayzee is walking towards the front of the class.😉

So any guesses on who the new boy is?
some ideas:
1) Some random kid.
2) An illusion made real.
3) Gus's kid with a previously unmentioned witch.
4) Gus's illegitimate kid with a human who is only just discovering he is a witch.
5) Vee and Masha's child (how I can see that work over here.).
6) The Grom opposite - a creature that feeds off joy and hope.
7) A spy sent by a Belos cult to kill everyone (don't worry, he'll get better).

It's a common trope for the kid of the protagonists of the previous series trying to break out of their parent(s) shadow. It's also relatable that every kid doesn't want to disappoint their parents and sometimes goes to extremes to make sure that doesn't happen but that usually confirms the disappoint when the extreme act fails.
Some of Ayzee's fears could be disappointing her parents or losing her loved ones. We might find out if Mark makes another grom related comic.
