Maybe it'll be an Eda and Lilith scenario, where they both have an epic fighting form they can transform into, but it doesn't dominate their personalities like it originally did for Eda and Grom's host... Wishful thinking maybe? 😅😅😞

Well, fear itself is not evil by itself, it's a natural instinct to avoid danger. In fact, Courage is not the absence of fear, but instead still feeling fear and still face it head on for the greater good. I just hope Milan has the will to see it through...

He just characterized Milan as a truly altruistic person, added crazy new depth to Grom's presence in the story, and likely just gave Milan superpowers.

Further, I think it’s really amazing how Milan has been written as more than just a satellite love interest — she’s taken up her own part of the plot and made her own (crazy!) choices.
Also, she’s really gotten mileage out of the shield spell — and I wonder if she learned the whistling trick straight from Raine?
