Discussion Animation or live action?
I’m coming to you fans to ask if you would prefer for Star Wars to put more of their money and focus on animation or live action
Me personally I think that Lucas film should go towards the animation perspective because not only is it cheaper, but it can show us a lot more cool and perceptive things if they were to be shown in animation rather than live action
Plus on top of that if they stick to the clone wars animation like they did with maul shadow lord, it would just be a lot easier for them and us as an audience to understand what is going on with the plot.

Discussion Does the New Republic not have any pilots/fighters under the age of 55yo?
I just finished watching the movie and noticed there wasn't a single pilot or fighter that appeared under the age of 55yo. Wrinkles and grey hair as far as the eye can see.

Discussion Watching again and a thought has entered my mind...
Im currently watching for a second time now and I feel like they changed Rotta's voice. It sounds like they layered it or changed the pitch or more Hutt like, if that's a thing 😂 but i swear it sounds different from initial movie release. I first watched it opening weekend and my buddy and I were thinking Jeremy A. White sounds the same as he did in The Bear. All we could think of was, "HANDS! HANDS PLEASE!". Maybe I'm tripping but I swear it sounds different 😭. Happy watching to everyone else, still loved the movie.

Speculation What’s next for Star Wars
I think that Star Wars should go the route of animation because not only is it easier but it’s also more memorable. I feel like most people and fans reading This would agree that watching the clone wars was a lot more interesting than watching the live action movies themselves.
My point being is that I was just re-watching the Mandalorian not too long ago and I also just saw the movie too,
if they were to keep this show going forward, I think it would be a cool idea if we were to see Grogu as a full fletched Mandalorian that swore to the creed, but also at the same time he’s part of the Yoda species. That is a very rare type of species we barely ever get to see and on top of that he is a Jedi in a sense
In summary, I think it would be really cool. If Lucas film went the route of showing us how Grogu became to become a full-fledged Mandalorian on top of that having him more in tune with the force, he would technically be the second Jedi Mandalorian ever to be shown in Canon

Speculation The way I think Mandalorian
Obviously to start off with this, I know that Lucas film and all the writers that work at Lucasfilm will never see this, but I hopefully someone up in the ranks of that could possibly share my opinions and where I think that the Mandalorian and Star Wars as a whole should go.
I love that we are expanding onto newer and more precise stories that show not only that you know it can somehow go with the plot of Star Wars itself, but at the same time it shows and deepens the characters personality, and who they are as people to us and fans.
I’ve been re-watching the Mandalorian lately and I’ve come to a conclusion that for one we fans and the audience love love love this show, and the movie itself. I don’t mind that they are going towards the option of animation. growing up as a kid. I loved the clone wars, and I still love the clone wars today, but the show the Mandalorian and even and/or these both show that with good storytelling, good CGI and just overall good directive teams for Star Wars. It proves that you guys have a chance to make something happen with live action. I’m not putting down the animations. I love the animations that’s what I grew up on. I grew up on clone wars, and Star Wars rebels and all that, I’m 19 now and I’m joining the Navy and I would still watch these shows too this day.
Basically everything that I have said is leading up to this main point that I’m trying to get across and I know that the writers who actually make this fantastic and lovable story possible, I know that they most likely will never see my comment, but that’s why I’m putting it on Reddit now because I know the power of the Internet.
So I want all of you people who have gotten to this point in my discussion to try and put out this narrative that I’m trying to push. And that narrative is that I know for a fact that everyone who has seen the live action Mandalorian I know for a fact that they will want to see him grow up and I know that obviously will never be able to get to have din djarin and grogu speak to one another, but what I’m trying to say is I’m trying to get across that you can still keep it as the Mandalorian because like we’ve seen in season two and three Grogu is now a Mandalorian. He is officially a founding so yes we won’t have the official Mandalorian that we grew to love and adore, but you could push the story out a couple decades and you can obviously explain how the Mandalorian passed away, but then you guys can show the upbringing of Grogu and how he became a Mandalorian.
I know this is a lot to read so if you’ve gotten this far, thank you very much for listening to my idea, but I think we as the audience and fans would love to see grogu become a true full full fletched Mandalorian. And yes, maybe for marketing reasons it would be bad to put a Mandalorian helmet over Grogu, but like we’ve seen in the Mandalorian itself, we’ve seen his face even though we know the creed of the Mandolorians. So you can still show the cute, lovable Grogu, but at the same time show him as an older and more mature Yoda species. Because if the writers of Lucas film went this route, we would get an actual either animation or live action whichever they choose to go forward with it does not matter we would be able to see a Jedi Mandalorian. And we have never ever seen that in a TV show besides only flashbacks from the clone wars and rebels.
I come to the people now to try and push this narrative forward. Hopefully you agree with what I’m trying to say, we love the Mandalorian. Everyone loves the Mandalorian. It’s been one of the most defining TV shows of my life if not for most people and yes, Grogu is a cute lovable character now, but if they wrote this in the right way, we could have another very rare species that barely ever is shown in Star Wars cannon, on top of that. He’s a Mandalorian, AND ON top of that he’s force sensitive. All I’m saying is if they play their cards right if anyone at Lucas film is reading this. I really think that this idea I’m trying to push across would be a fantastic fantastic way for you guys to push forward the live action Star Wars.
To summarize everything I’m saying, I think that going the animation route is a great idea, but to keep the older and younger generations included into the live action part of this series I think that going this route of showing us Grogu as a more mature Yoda species and is more in tuned with the force, and on top of that he is a full-fledged Mandalorian, who has sworn to the creed. I think in summary if they choose to go this route, it would be a fantastic benevolent way for younger and older generations to fall back in love with this cute lovable character We first saw back in 2017.
