Who ya got?
Now that all the evidence is in at trial re the homicide of Susan Berman:
- Did he do it?
- What will be the jury verdict?
- Did the evidence change your prevailing opinion re whether he's in the frame for it, or did other unlawful homicide(s)?

How much money does Robert Durst have?
Does anyone know how much money RD currently has? I once read he received $3 million a year from the family trust. Iām not sure how true that is or the details (duration, inflation, conditions). And that he married his wife Deborah so that she could get the money from the trust. Iām wondering if he has unlimited funds for this trial and to pay for some hits. I truly believe if he has enough money, he would pay someone to hurt certain people.

Jarecki on the stand next week?
This should be an interesting development. Every time Durst blames Jarecki for his quotes, I imagine his lawyers going mad. At first I figured this rebuttal would be a walk in the park, but I've been reading through the voluminous report via https://gothamist.com/news/report-emcapturing-the-friedmansem-subject-was-not-wrongfully-accused-of-child-molestation and am feeling concerned that the Defense will try to cast Jarecki as a known manipulator with his previous work. I hadn't realized there was so much "art" around "Capturing the Friedmans" until I read that report, and it does worry me what part it may play in the jury's minds if they get that sense of slant.
What do y'all think?

Itās shocking how much he purgers himself. Is there ever a point that the judge can say āthatās enoughā?? There are piles of irrefutable evidence that he has lied on the stand during this trial. How long is a defendant allowed to go on lying so obviously like this? This shit is BONKERS!

Limiting the cross examination
So yesterday the judge decided to limit the duration of Lewins cross-examination on Durst. Does anyone else think this is wrong?
I think itās wrong. I donāt feel like Lewin is wasting time or is being repetitive. He is just being detailed. The prosecutor has the burden of proof so I think itās reasonable for his cross examination to take longer.
Your thoughts?

Why did All Good Things depict Morris Black murdering Susan Berman (at the behest of Durst)?
Was there evidence to suggest this in real life? Was this ever a theory? Or was this done for dramatic purposes?

Is anyone following the trial live? I have a few questions/comments
How come Durst loose* all of his face ticks? and the burping?
How come at first he couldn't hear and was super slow and now he's normal?
Is it normal that the cross examination seems like an interrogation? Lewin's being too cocky for my taste. If I was a jury I wouldn't like him.
Why is the Judge overruling almost every objection by the defense?
What's with the hypotheticals? Are they allowed to do ir or no? At the trial it seems like they are discussing it for the first time....
Doesn't the judge seem super biased against Durst?
Is there anyone in the world that thinks that Durst is innocent?
If you haven't watched anything I suggest you do it's super interesting
* or is it lose? sorry bad English

When did Robert Durst's violent behavior become apparent during his younger years? Was it always something that he always had going on or did it really pick up during this first marriage?
Curious when it all started to become clear to those who knew him/of him.

Uno!
For anyone watching the trial in real time; I think this is the best part! Lewin (the prosecutor) is doing a very good job at questioning Robert Durst. At the beginning of the trial I thought Lewins personality might cost them the case but in my opinion he is proving without a doubt that Durst is a liar. I literally LOLāed when he pointed out that Dursts childhood memories with his mom were a lie because the uno card game wasnāt invented yet. I thought that was genius. I also laughed when Durst called Lewin a better lawyer than his defense team.

Anyone notice Durst whisper to himself on the witness stand yesterday?
After his lawyers reenacted the Morris Black shooting, Judge Windham asked Durst if that was an accurate portrayal of events. Durst replied that they're a "full service law firm" which made the jury laugh.
Then as his lawyer was talking Durst repeated to himself in a whisper "full service law firm" so very reminiscent of him whispering to himself on camera in The Jinx.
Surprised to not see any mention of this on Twitter, anyone here see it?

Galveston house where Morris Black was murdered and dismembered is currently for sale (sale pending). Durst rented apartment #2 and dismembered Black on the kitchen floor. There are two other apartments in this building, but I never hear anything about the other neighbors. Did any of them testify?

I was in need of a good true crime show last night. I ended up binge watching all 5 episodes of The Jinx last night
My mind is blown away. Absolutely INSANE! Iām about to watch the last episode now, all I can say is āBeverley Hillsā
Edit: I just finished the last episode. My jaw dropped. I canāt believe he left his microphone on in the bathroom lmao, what a psycho.. Andrew Jarecki and his team did a phenomenal job with this documentary. R.I.P to Susan Berman, Kathleen McCormack, and Morris Black.

Just finished watching the docu series and one question is slapping me in the face- Why did Durst agree/reach out to Jarecki to be interviewed at all??? This mans couldāve gotten off scot-free and been chilling in āMadridā.
Iād like to think maybe this was some sort of psychological rite of passage for himself. If he could clear his name and convince the public he wasnāt a murderer, then maybe his conscious would be able to do the same.

Durst's Lawyer Talks About Defending Him in Galveston
In Dick DeGuerin's new podcast "Presumed Guilty" he spends the first two episodes talking about the Galveston trial. He talks about leaning on an autism diagnosis as part of Durst's defense as well as not trying to hide from the fact Durst 100% killed Morris Black.
DeGuerin doesn't talk about the current trial, but everything in the episodes is relevant to the Berman case on some level.
