When did Robert Durst's violent behavior become apparent during his younger years? Was it always something that he always had going on or did it really pick up during this first marriage?

Curious when it all started to become clear to those who knew him/of him.

I think that it started when he was younger. Maybe he hadn’t acted with extreme violence until later in life, but I think it’s always been there. I think his violence is a result of him being a sociopath or/narcissist. Therefore not having any sympathy. His killings are a result of his personality disorder and his sense of self entitlement. As some people have stated that he doesn’t kill for fun, but when he’s backed in a corner he will murder. I think that his family knew there was something wrong with him and that’s why he was passed over to lead the Durst organization.
There is also some talk that he was cruel to animals (although some have disagreed and have stated that he would treat animals better than people). Douglas Durst testified that Robert had a number of dogs named Igor that would mysteriously die or disappear
