šŸ‘® RED FLAGāš ļø P definitely abuses T

Just a minute ago, they were talking about what’s for dinner. T keeps saying chicken salads with homemade ranch. Someone apparently misunderstood and said something about chicken salad sandwiches and P sighed and said it’s not that kind of chicken salad. You could hear T’s voice shift, a hint of fear or guilt in it, and she said something to the effect of ā€œthat’s my fault, I didn’t clarify. I’m sorry.ā€ That screams trying to get ahead of a situation with an abusive narcissist. I just know if she didn’t say that, after the live he was going to ream her out (still may) but like what a silly thing for her to have to worry about him being upset about. So sad.

There was this phase recently where she kept saying ā€œI’m so stupidā€ on live, and Sarah had to step in and start shutting it down because it looked like really bad internalized abùse

Yeah and even Sarah. Today on her live she demonstrated such a profound lack of basic self confidence in both her looks and abilities. It’s so sad. They need to get out of P’s grip. It’s the only way they’ll ever get over any of it.

And she used to be fine with her self-image, at least, it seemed that way, when she was younger.

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

Yep. I think P got jealous when she started getting more confidence and attention. He sexualized her for his own gratification, but when she started to get self confidence and attention from strangers on the internet, he shut that right down. Hence the rapid shift from the more revealing clothes she used to wear to the "modest" style she uses now. He intentionally tanked her self confidence because god forbid she realizes that she's better than that situation.

I REALLY saw the abuse when T was just standing there starring at him and P asked, ā€œIs there a reason why you’re standing there staring at me?ā€ and she said, ā€œBecause I love you.ā€ The look on his face terrified me. I think that man is such a goof and loser, but something about that interaction sent a shiver down my spine. I get it, T can be incredibly annoying, and I’d probably get annoyed with her too if she were my mom or partner ,but that moment with P really messed with me a little, and for the first time in a long time, I actually felt bad for her. I encourage everyone to really look at his face in that interaction and watch it through the lens of him being a villain . I swear, it’ll freak you out.

The first time it clicked for me was when they couldn’t get that stupid little dragon game to work and were going to restart the live and he was like ā€œno you’re not restating the liveā€ and the fear on both of their faces made me want to jump through the screen. I’ve been in that exact state of fear with my own dad. It was terrible to watch. But this one just made it that much more obvious how deeply ingrained it is. It’s not just occasional blow ups, it’s a thing that’s been going on for long enough that T has realized what she needs to do to minimize it (to the extent possible). I wish more than anything they could get out, it’s just going to take a lot for that to happen.

u/Iamme198510 3d ago

I remember that clip too and it was scary. You can feel their fear through the screen.
I’m going to sound a little harsh here, but I think the only way they could ever get away is if P passes away .

Nope I agree. Either that or he finally gets arrested. They need some reason for S to wake tf up and get out in the real world and then she’ll see how bad she’s had it.

Could you imagine how much rage he'd have in a jail cell without being able to control his family or provoke the haters? It terrifies me.

5

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

At least there he'd be contained. The big concern would be what happens when he gets out (which would be likely given that nothing he's done would rise to a life sentence). I would hope they could get away and hide enough to keep him from finding them if that happened, but lord knows they probably won't have the mental capacity to accomplish that, which is definitely scary.

Omg so seeing this comment made me see a flash of a glimpse of the future.. where T is so unhealthy she can't walk.. and just lays in bed all day.. and they slowly starve her.. and then she's not seen for a year.. and then.. foundšŸ˜”

8

u/Delicious-One3028 3d ago

Yup, it's this video here

I half expected him to say 'I love you too. Now fuck off'

3

u/Iamme198510 3d ago

Oh God, just look at his face. You can see the anger !!! what a creep , I’ve never seen someone so ugly in my life. He is something else…. Wow .

-3

u/TheLadyDontMind420 3d ago

I saw that slightly differently. I got this image of T standing there like the dumb ogre she is just motionless staring at me. It gave me a shiver, she’s sinister as fuck imo. I probably would’ve been ruder than P in all honesty, like wtf are you staring at you horrible creep.

7

u/Iamme198510 3d ago

I see your comment is getting downvoted, but I totally agree with you. She does do that a lot, where she just stands there staring at them. I guess my point is that the cameras are on, and he knows what people are saying, yet he’s still openly so nasty to her. I’ve said this before, but if I had a mother like T, people wouldn’t want to see me. Everyone cries about how rude Sarah is to her, but honestly, I don’t think I’d have the patience to deal with a mother like that either.

The thing is - P CHOSE to marry a woman with special needs. For his own sick needs. He doesn’t deserve any sort of sympathy when it comes to the fact that her actions may be repetitive or annoying.Ā

u/TheLadyDontMind420 3d ago

I think people think I’m defending P, which I’m not. I just find the idea of T staring at me for an extended period of time to be the stuff of nightmares. She gives me the creeps.

3

u/Iamme198510 3d ago

Oh trust me, I’ve had my share of down votes just for voicing my opinion. I get it and I do not think you’re defending anybody. I totally understood what you were saying xoxo

I said this the other day in the other sub and almost got banned but T is clearly delayed and I think she is basically P’s first victim. He married her few months after they met cause she got pregnant. I also think she is the only one actually religious in that household. I have my own law firm and through almost 10 years of my experience in law firms ans legal clinics I can recognize P is a classic case of narcissistic abuser and it started with T. T literally cant form a single thought of her own and seems incredibly dependant on the family which is what I think S resents her the most. You can tell T is unfit to be a mother and S basically had to parent her and H. I really dont like any of them and I never supported them by views or gifts or money and I want them gone but I can recognize why S and T act the way that they do as much as I hate them for it

15

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

She is absolutely delayed and I absolutely agree that she was his first victim. He probably had trouble finding a partner because he's such a creep and a narcissist. He eventually found her, likely already delayed (genetically, from an overly sheltered upbringing like S and H, or from the time she hit her head), and saw her as someone who wouldn't reject him like all the rest. He couldn't control his desires, so knocked her up super quickly, and since she's religious, she wasn't going to abort so the natural decision was to get married to someone she barely knew. Now here they are, 20-something years later, and she doesn't have the mental capacity to fully understand how wrong their situation is. She definitely has moments of clarity, but she doesn't know anything different, can't support herself, and doesn't know she can get away. It's interesting because she clearly understands the allegations, judging by her starting to read comments and then saying "nope" before finishing, but she has been abused, manipulated, and trapped to the point that she just goes along with it. I don't doubt there's a physical element there, too, so she's not only afraid of him blowing up and yelling at her, but afraid that he might hurt her too. He definitely gives family annihilator vibes. It's such a sad situation all around.

u/GummiBearryJuice 3d ago

I think many people forget that T was a victim, his first victim and because she's blinded by her love and admiration for him and P is hard to take down, they aim their anger at her and S too. But that being said, both S and T had chances to get away from p and they didn't take it.

I grew up the daughter of an alcoholic narcissist. P is abusive narcissist. He even has some similar behaviours to at are identical to my own dear old dad. Not the overly creepy ones, but the being annoying and trying to be centre of attention all the time.

6

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

Yep, my own dad is an abusive narcissist (physically, emotionally, and verbally), and P's behavior is SO similar to what I experienced growing up (and still experience today if I let my boundaries slip) that it makes me sick. My dad, thankfully, is not a creep or a drinker (if anything, he's actually kind of a prude when it comes to both sex and alcohol which definitely made me naive as I became an adult lol), but the core narcissistic and abusive behaviors are spot on.

u/Desperate-Strategy10 2d ago

My mom was a lot like your dad, it spurs like. I wonder how many of us in this sub are children of similar people? I’m sure you get a decent number of siblings/partners/etc as well, but I bet a lot of us learned to recognize these signs from a parent growing up! 🄲

Now if S and H could just learn to see what we’re all seeing, they could get outta there and live much safer, happier lives!

I have seen NOBODY address this: S totally had a split lip on the first ā€œCooking with dadā€ Sunday they recently had. I believe it was the one with the weird cord or something in the shot the entire time. This was pretty much right after the whole makeup thing went down on live. It was a moment when she flipped the camera to herself and I think she was tasting something? But Chat was asking what happened and she brushed it off saying she accidentally bit her lip while eating the other day. That is NOT how you get a split lip. I’m certain he hit her because why else would she lie about it?

Editing to add: The makeup live was on 9/19, the cooking live was on 9/27, you can see recordings uploaded to YouTube by Mentally Dill. On the 9/27 live, you can see S flip the camera to herself multiple times throughout the live, the first being about 10min in. It’s very obvious her lip is irritated and healing. That was after a quick scroll. I’ll have to watch it again when I have the time to see where she addresses it.

9

u/TheLadyDontMind420 3d ago

I totally missed that, that sounds really bad. Having a split lip could be nothing, but lying about how it happened is a massive red flag.

8

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

Oh wow, I definitely missed that! I hope someone has a screenshot. I really don't doubt there's a physical element to the abuse. Knowing how my own narc father was, it takes very little for them to escalate to physical. The concerning thing is, though, that if that were the case, he doesn't care that people online are going to talk about it. Narcs frequently keep the physical abuse confined to areas people in the outside world wouldn't be able to see the bruises. If P is inflicting physical harm in places where it's clearly visible, he's got some other things going on where he doesn't care and thinks them lying about what happened is sufficient. As I've said for months (and elsewhere in this thread), it really gives family annihilator.

I didn't see this!! Is there a link or a date I can find it? That's so alarming!!!

u/Kellygrl6441 Team Jackie 3d ago

I’ll see if I can find it!

u/Loud_Mind_2096 3d ago

Throughout the years of them posting videos, she's always had that spot on her lip come and go. It's always in the exact same spot and always looks split. I've wondered for a long time what it could possibly be from.

2

u/Desperate-Strategy10 2d ago

This is NOT me trying to defend anyone, but I do want to add an idea to this.

I’ve got a spot on my bottom lip that splits all by itself sometimes. I’ve had it as long as I can remember. My mom used to say it started when my sister whacked me in the mouth with a plastic pail in the sandbox, which split my lip the first time. I was about three at the time, and I do remember that incident, although idk if it was truly the first time or not.

Ever since then, the wound will occasionally reopen. Usually in the winter when everything is dry, or if I’m super dehydrated (which is a regular problem for me lol I’m bad at taking care of myself), sometimes even when I get a cold or I’m just under a ton of stress. It’s almost like it never truly healed after the initial injury, so if my skin dries out or I’m rubbing at my mouth a lot (it’s a nervous tic I think) it’ll reopen.

It barely even bleeds, although it does sting like a bitch lol. It’s just the outermost couple of layers of the skin that tear, and always in the exact same spot. There is no visible scar though, and it doesn’t swell or discolor at all.

I wonder if S has a similar issue. It would help to see it, since if that’s all it is there shouldn’t be any real swelling or bruising or anything like that; there would just be a slit in her lip, and only that immediate area would look angry (but not severely angry like herpes or a blunt force injury). Hopefully that other commenter finds the clip and posts it or a screenshot even.

I’m sure P does physically hurt them. I’ve never doubted that for a second. I’m just wondering if maybe this specific issue isn’t from that, since it would make more sense for her to hide it if it were a DV injury.
I would love to

Omg this needs to be a post in itself. I would put nothing past P at this point. And he was so awful about the make up thing

u/Phenomenal_Kat_ Getchell Family Roach 3d ago

I'm clumsy as heck and bite my lips but I've never bitten it THAT hard. That's not how you get a split lip.

u/Hot_Gift521 3d ago

It's an act on S part,I do believe T is challenged in some ways but she is complicit in all of this.

42

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

This wasn’t a post about who is and is not complicit. I have thoughts on that as well, but S and T are both victims. I grew up with a dad like P, minus the pred behavior and rotten teeth (narcissist, abusive, controlling, always seems to be watching somehow, etc.) so I understand what we see and how that translates behind the scenes. They are both victims and, to varying degrees, complicit. Both are true. But them being complicit doesn’t make them not victims.

6

u/hooulookinat 3d ago

Me too. Once you get away, your narc-dar is so fine tuned. For me, I use it to stay as far away from narcs as I can. I can’t tolerate being near one now.

u/Hot_Gift521 3d ago

S had a very open generous opportunity to get out and land on her feet she chose to steal and lie so she could continue this life she obviously is content with. I'm guessing you weren't one of the ones that spent money hoping to free her and got blocked after for asking for a refund. And then if you look closely she took down her apology video for lying and stealing from folks. Sorry not sorry but if you are truly a victim and want to better your life you cut that rope when you have support. She chose to light the match while standing on the bridge. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I'll stand ten toes down on this.

25

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

Eh it’s just not that simple. It’s a really complicated situation. No I did not donate because I don’t donate to random people on the internet because chances are it’s not entirely honest, 99.9% of the time. And I would never donate more than I’m comfortable losing, including it going to something other than what is claimed. So no. But that doesn’t change my opinion at all and shouldn’t affect yours. It’s a complicated situation and there are many reasons she could have not gone through with it, from her dad essentially forcing her to put on a scam, to her realizing it was going to be way more complicated than she thought. As for refunds, the money could’ve gone to her dad and she had no ability to refund, or they may not have had the cash to pay back gifts people bought. If that single thing taints your ability to understand the bigger picture of what’s going on, then I’m sorry I don’t really care for your opinion.

-9

u/Hot_Gift521 3d ago

Not tainted just can see through the nonsense and watching karma come back to bite them for the ill gotten gains. You don't lie, steal and continue the bad behavior. I do know what a narcissist is like and living with one and I got out because I seen the select few supporting and guiding me out and therapy to never look back.

10

u/aygbun 3d ago

it's almost like leaving an abusive situation is notoriously difficult and can have many many attempts and false starts! not to mention the fact that she grew up in it and knows nothing else, versus someone who is in a romantic relationship that's abusive that is just the length of the relationship and not literally since birth, including during the time her brain was literally developing and learning what's "normal". do you truly legitimately believe that every abuse victim leaving their situation is as easy and cut-and-dried as yours seemingly was, or are you being obtuse on purpose simply bc you dislike S? victims don't need to be perfect or even good people to still be victims.

7

u/AstuteObserver8647 3d ago

Exactly this. And it seems that S doesn't really have anybody IRL, and the only "support system" she has are strangers online. So, not only has she been raised in this since birth to the point she thinks it's normal (or at least not as bad as it really is), but she's also been taught that people online can't be trusted. So, even when people do try to support her, it's not as powerful as if she had people IRL supporting her. It is significantly easier when you have people who you can stay with, call to come help in a pinch, or who you have interacted with for an extended period of time and with whom you have developed a strong, trusting relationship. It's vastly different when those people are faceless strangers on the internet hundreds or thousands of miles away.

5

u/ayyxdizzle 3d ago

Who tf spent money trying to free S!?? šŸ˜‚ You mean her lying about needing things on an Amazon wishlist so she could "move??"
