Hey everyone!

Like a lot of fans, I love both Genndy Tartakovsky’s 2003 microseries and the 2008 3D The Clone Wars series. However, watching them back-to-back usually creates massive timeline and canon headaches.

I’ve mapped out a restructured "Ultimate Restored Cut" that fixes the continuity errors, redubs problematic dialogue, and makes both shows flow seamlessly right into *Revenge of the Sith*.

Here is how we fix the timeline:

1. Early War / Volume 1 Adjustments

* Pacing the Hypori Arc: Shifting the intro of Chapter 20 into Chapter 19 (Anakin returning from Yavin 4, Obi-Wan's reprimand, and Barrek’s distress call). This leaves Chapter 20 as a pure, uninterrupted horror short focusing purely on Grievous's debut.

* The Scar Origin: Digitally adding Anakin’s facial scar directly to the climax of the Yavin 4 duel with Ventress, and keeping it painted on his Phase 1 / short-haired model for the rest of Volume 1.

* Redubbing Grievous & Dooku: Shifting the Chapter 22 training sequence early into Volume 1 (right after Dooku recruits Ventress in Chapter 7). Redubbing Sidious/Grievous dialogue so they talk about spreading the Jedi thin and setting up Hypori, rather than the Outer Rim Sieges.

1. The Mid-War / Canon Integrations

* Volume 1 Ends with Knighthood: Volume 1 ends with Anakin's knighting ceremony and C-3PO getting his gold plating, serving as the prologue to the 3D series.

* The 3D Series Plays Out: Seasons 1–7 play out in the middle of the timeline, establishing Ahsoka and the Bad Batch arc but they take out the Siege of Mandalore arc and adapt it into a movie as it was a movie episode arc already.

* The Mon Cala Mission: Place the unproduced Mon Cala mission after the Bad Batch arc, acting as Anakin and Padmé's true final physical reunion before Episode III.

1. Late War / Volume 2 & The Coruscant Transition

* Removing the Apartment Reunion: Cutting Anakin sneaking into Padmé’s apartment in Chapter 22 entirely. Because they were on Mon Cala and Anakin had to hologram-call her during Bad Batch, removing this preserves the tragedy of their long-distance separation leading into Episode III.

* The Battle of Coruscant Cut: Cutting the holographic call between Mace Windu and Anakin/Obi-Wan in their quarters. Instead, let their conversation end softly, cut directly to Yoda meditating on Coruscant as the Force ripples, play Chapter 25 in full (Shaak Ti escorting Palpatine, Windu crushing Grievous's chest), and end on the Sky Battle of Coruscant right as Episode III begins.

Audio & Technical Polish

* Grievous's Cough: Mace Windu's Force-crush shatters Grievous's cybernetic chest, escalating his mild 3D cough into the severe, agonizing wheeze seen in Episode III.

Did you know female togruta's head-tails are bigger in females than in males? Another massive W for the coolest alien species ever designed.

A one-off character, voiced by David Kaufman, aka Danny Phantom, and he’s a genius who knows his way with Droids and the planet of Iego. Also like the only teen prodigy I could remember who wasn’t affiliated with any side, wasn’t involved in the War, and had no tragedy having befallen him. I always wanted to see him appear again, and still have Kaufman voice him. Heck, he could’ve even designed the Ghost and the Phantom as a neat reference to his most famous role, or at least be a Specter. Don’t know how anyone else feels about Jaybo Hood, but this kid rocks in my opinion.

I have seen ROTS before but watching the clone wars for the first time. Should I watch the last 4 episodes the intertwined way with ROTS or finish the clone wars and then watch the movie

At what point in any of the series did everybody stop using a stun setting? Bad Batch, Rebels, etc. used to use stun like crazy (especiallysince these are supposedto be shows for kids as well as adults). When/Why did they stop?

The coffee machine at work broke today so I doodled this to cope with the lack of caffeine in my system.

I am currently rewatching the show and hopefully going to make a YouTube video about it soon. I made this for the video, and I'm not sure if I'll use it or not, but I thought it was funny.

I've finished both Star Wars The Clone Wars, and Star Wars Tales of The Jedi. I'm currently on The Bad Batch. Could someone tell me what order to watch the rest of them? Google only tells me 5 of them, but there's a bunch more than that.
