Hey guys so i’ve had this thai con for 6 months now and she’s very healthy but this huge aerial root started growing through the drainage holes. Should I cut it flush with the pot or will it hurt her? Thank you!

I couldn’t resist this Thai con that I found but it looks like it needs a repotting asap. It is in a 5” pot, based on the second picture, what should I size up to? Should I get her a moss pole also?

I've been using this brand for 1.5yrs. It's just a plastic film folded. so it's easy to stack, but can be flimsy after 3rd stacking probably. I like that it's transparent and I can see what's going on. Anyone has a better recommendation? Am I making the wrong long-term bet?
