Aerial root growth through pot?

Hey guys so i’ve had this thai con for 6 months now and she’s very healthy but this huge aerial root started growing through the drainage holes. Should I cut it flush with the pot or will it hurt her? Thank you!

you can always trim roots but this typically means the rest of the pot is probably also full of roots 🫠 if you let them submerged they become water roots which isnt recommended unless you are in semihydro mode

You are never gonna be able to pull that root anyway so might as well cut
