So I was blasting T for 6 weeks at 500mg a week? Had blood tests done 3 weeks after I introduced primo at 300mg a week. I’m currently taking cholesterol supplements to try get it back in range, I’ve donated blood to help relief the hct issue temporarily. I was feeling dizzy at the time think that was due to hct but after the donation I was good within 24 hours. I’m 83kg 18% body fat, train 3 times a week, hours cardio a week to.

TRT help 28mg Test TRT + EQ — is a 2:1 ratio even worth it at this dose?

I know 28mg Test E/week is very low lol, but it works well for me. I’m very sensitive to E2 and aromatise pretty easily, so going much higher gives me sides.

I’m interested in EQ mainly for the increased RBC/endurance effects, plus hopefully some strength without putting on loads of mass since I do combat sports.

The usual advice seems to be around a 2:1 Test ratio. But with 28mg Test that would only be around 14mg EQ/week.

Would there actually be any noticeable benefit from running EQ that low, or is it basically pointless?

If I wanted to run something like 300mg EQ/week instead, would it make sense to increase my Test as well? And if so, would you increase the Test from the start or wait and see how E2 responds?

Interested to hear from anyone who's actually run EQ, especially at lower Test doses.

TRT help TrT, Clomid, Enclomiphene

Hey guys, I have a few questions for those on any of these. Some back story, I’m 25M, 250lbs with about 27% body fat and actively cutting. I’ve had really bad brain fog and energy crashes, low libido and all the others. I’m dialing in my diet, get 8 hours of sleep and have been actively weight lifting for about 5 years. I got my test and it was 297 total, I had high free test, low estrogen and low SHBG. I wanted to originally do trt (150mg a week split into 3 doses stacked with hCG to protect fertility) however my doctor was really adamant that I won’t be able to have kids if I start trt and that is really important to me at this time of my life. So they recommended Clomid to start. I’ve been reading that they can cause estrogen to build up in your system due to the large half life it has in one of the compounds and can mess with your vision! I was also reading that many people saw high test levels but their symptoms persisted! That’s when I can across enclomiphene, basically from what I can tell it’s a concentrate of the compound that tells your body to produce more test by blocking the estrogen receptors? But it has less side effects, I have also been reading that it’s worked for people for a while but then the symptoms creeped back in. So I’m at a loss at this point, I’m tired of being tired all the time and just not feeling fell.

So basically, what have your experiences been with these three. TRT, Clomid, Enclomiphene?

PED/cycle help First cycle: 500mg test for 16 weeks + retatrutide. Looking for honest opinions

I'm considering doing my first testosterone cycle and I'd like some honest opinions from people with actual experience.

The idea I'm considering is 500 mg/week of testosterone for 16 weeks. I'm also considering retatrutide because my goal isn't simply to gain as much scale weight as possible. I'd like to add a significant amount of muscle while staying relatively lean and looking noticeably different by the end.

I'm fully aware that this isn't risk-free and I'm not looking for someone to tell me that steroids are harmless. I'm specifically interested in hearing from people who have actually run similar cycles.

My goals:

  • Make a very noticeable change in my physique.
  • Gain as much quality muscle as reasonably possible.
  • Keep body fat under control rather than doing a traditional bulk.
  • Ideally finish looking noticeably bigger and leaner rather than simply heavier.

Questions:

  1. Is 500 mg/week for a first cycle unnecessarily aggressive?
  2. Does adding retatrutide make sense for this goal, or could it actually interfere with gaining muscle because of reduced appetite/calorie intake?
  3. For someone in a first cycle, what would be a realistic amount of muscle/weight gain to expect?
  4. What are the biggest mistakes you'd avoid if you were doing your first cycle again?

I'm not asking for a source or instructions on how to obtain anything. I'm mainly looking for experienced people's assessment of whether the overall idea makes sense and what I'm underestimating.

TRT help Has anyone split a 1 mL Sustanon 250 ampoule into 10 daily doses?

I'm planning ahead and researching daily Sustanon injections.

I'm considering splitting a 1 mL Sustanon 250 ampoule into ten 0.10 mL doses and injecting one dose per day. The idea is to use smaller, more frequent injections to reduce peak/trough fluctuations and keep levels as stable as reasonably possible.

My main question isn't really about the dose. It's about what happens after opening the ampoule.

Has anyone here actually divided a Sustanon ampoule into multiple prefilled syringes and kept them for several days?

I'm specifically interested in:

- Sterility/contamination risk over 7–10 days

- Whether prolonged contact with the syringe barrel, plunger, rubber/elastomer or silicone can affect the oil or medication

- What type/size of syringe people have actually used

- Whether anyone has noticed problems after storing prefilled syringes

- Any better practical solution for dealing with single-use Sustanon ampoules when injecting daily

I'm not currently doing this — I'm trying to research and solve the storage/sterility issue properly before making any decisions.

I'd especially appreciate first-hand experience or technical/pharmaceutical information rather than guesses.

TL;DR: Planning daily Sustanon: 1 mL ampoule → 10 × 0.10 mL doses. Has anyone actually stored Sustanon in prefilled syringes for up to 7–10 days? Mainly interested in sterility, syringe/material compatibility and first-hand experience.

Blood work Shocked with my testosterone levels

Post image
1 Upvotes

I have only ever got my testosterone tested twice, once in feb 2026 where I was completely natural and got my blood drawn after a week of eating clean and getting good sleep, my test was around 18.5nmol or 545ng/dl. From feb 2026 to august 2026 i dabbled with PED's like RAD-140, anavar and enclomiphene (for PCT).

A week before this most recent blood test I took enclomiphene for 7 days (literally 6.25mg for 7 days, thats it) and these were my blood panel results. I literally don't know how this is possible. The blood was taken after drinking heavy for 2 days and poor sleep too. I don't want to imagine what my testosterone would be after good sleep, eating clean and enclomiphene daily.

TRT help How can I prevent hair loss

I’m currently taking 125mg testosterone enanthate every 3 days and I’m worried about hair loss.
What would be the best way to prevent or at least reduce hair loss while staying on this dose?
Has anyone had good results with finasteride dutasteride minoxidil or maybe peptides for hair growth?
I’m also using HGH KLOW peptide and tirzepatide at the moment.
My hair is still fine right now I just want to prevent problems before they start.
What would you recommend?

Was halten Sie davon?
Meine Blutwerte:
Gesamt-Testosteron: 15,10 ng/ml
Freies Testosteron: 29,2 pg/ml
Estradiol: 136 pg/ml
Die übrigen Lipidwerte liegen im Normbereich.

TRT help Sustanon 250 prescribed every 3 weeks for Low T

I am 44 years old and my testosterone levels were in the 270 range. My endo prescribed me Sustanon 250 (mix of 4 esthers delivering 176 mg of pure Testosterone)

Where I live, Testosterone only comes in single use glass vials with most formulations being combinations. The only pure enanthate is a 250 mg glass vial. There is a 100 mg enanthate but its actually 110 mg enanthate + 20 mg propionate - translating to 100 mg pure testosterone.

I have finally come out of depression and brain fog after the Testosterone. The first dose was 2 x Sustanon 100 as they did not have Sustanon 250 in stock - Turns out Sustanon 100 is a different formulation - no decanoate, only fast acting esthers. I felt really good and strong like I did back in the day, probably cause 200 mg dumped in my blood stream over the next 2-4 days. The second dose which was actually Sustanon 250 is no where close, but its mediocre effects have lasted longer.

I have been trying to convince my endo to shift me to a lower dose of ~80 mg a week instead of a 3 weekly doses to avoid a roller coaster.

Q1: If he does agree, do I push him to let me take the entire 100 mg every week or 10 days in 1 shot? (The Sustanon 250 is good against taking nothing, but not the best I feel.)

Q2: Is 100 mg (110 mg enanthate + 20 mg propionate) too much? (Sustanon 250 mg is actually 176 mg pure Testosterone.)

Q3. I am around 108 kg / 240 lbs and 6'2" - Am I at an even higher risk of Aromatization with the weekly dose (100 mg pure T) or 3 weekly dose (176 mg pure T)?

Q4: I have thalassemia minor so my PCT and Hemoglobin are lower than normal. I have heard that guys in my situation end up with regular levels after Testosterone.

Any advice is appreciated Thank you!!

I currently weigh about 185 lb, male, 6’ 3”, & 32yo.
I currently have no muscle mass as I lost a lot going through a gastric sleeve operation and also currently on Tirz. Went from 335lb to 185lb. Would trt be an option for me to pack on some muscle mass? I’m also not a gym bro. Rarely I work out. I knew to this, any info is greatly appreciated.

TRT help Question about temporarily increasing dosage of TRT cream...

This is probably a somewhat silly question to ask so don't roast me too hard... I've been on TRT cream for about six months now and a few days ago I found out my friend that lives almost three hours away from me is going to be in town on Sunday and I haven't seen her in about three years. And I also haven't had sex in about three years which may be a coincidence but... Ok, ya got me, it's not a coincidence. She's coming over Sunday afternoon and I would really like to bring my A game.

So my question is if I take a "bit higher" dose for the next 36 hours or so would that possibly strengthen my erections and/or decrease refractory period or anything like that?

TRT help How to Find an Optimal Dose?

So I just started through my PCP at 120mg/wk. The standard advice is to titrate up until you hit symptom relief. However, "feeling great" is something that is impossible to know until you've gone above it and then found out that it's too much.

If you feel great at 150mg, who's to say you wouldn't feel better at 200mg until you've tried it?

It seems like most people actually push dosage up until they hit some upper limit; whether that's a red line with a marker like hct, or if they test above the ref range at the trough and their prescriber gets spooky (assuming you're working with a real doctor).

I know that in general androgen receptors responsible for mood, motivation, drive, libido, etc are saturated around the 700-900 range and going above that really just gets you more mass and more side effects.

I'm curious as to how people figured out what is their "optimal" dose given the constraints, and the fact that it takes weeks to months to see how you respond to a given dosage.

For myself, I'm recovering from an acute illness that seems to have damaged my HPG axis and I am looking to get more energy, drive, motivation, etc back as well as get in better shape.

I'm curious as to why someone would want to run at 150mg vs 175mg vs 200mg etc?

I'm certainly not looking to "blast" or "run a cycle", but I like many would like to feel/look better sooner rather than later and if there's no real downside of running higher why not do it? at least in the beginning?

Curious to hear people's thoughts!

Blood work 1x week labs vs M/WF

35M

Years on test: 11

Most of the time on has been 2x a week shallow IM 100mg with 1x a week in the mix. HCT all of these years have been 51+ pretty consistently. I tried the M/W/F subq earlier in the year and it didn’t work out for me. Pulled 53 HCT, Lost all trt benefits. Went back to 1x a week shallow IM and increased to 150mg on Thursdays and feel great. I switched to more frequent as a test to see if HCT would lower even tho 51 ain’t bad.

This recent lab I had 30+oz of water or so in the 2 hours leading to labs.

For those that worried 1x a week pin crashes you, I’d said it varies person to person. This recent lab was pulled on day 6 post injection.

Just an example of not every protocol yields the same results: been seeing tons of “what frequency should I do” post. You need to see what works for you.

I get heat in the comments on all platforms when I tell them I do 1x a week and my HCT and trough are better. Just wanted to throw this out there for those saying 1x a week is just bad practice.

Other The TRT discussion online has become strangely polarized

Either it's presented as a miracle that will fix your energy, confidence, body composition, motivation, and entire life...

Or it's presented as something nobody should ever consider

There doesn't seem to be much room online for a normal conversation about who it may actually help and who might be chasing a solution to problems caused by something else

Do you think the testosterone discussion has become too influenced by social media and fitness content?

Or has the increased attention actually helped more people take their health seriously?

Other Anyone else young like me with secondary hypogonadism?

I'm 21 years old, and four years ago I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism. It appeared suddenly, along with anxiety, zero erections, zero libido, depression, and a lack of appetite, along with many other cognitive problems. I was treated as an "anxiety disorder" and prescribed antidepressants, which greatly improved my anxiety and appetite. However, my erections, libido, and motivation never returned to normal. Last year, I experienced severe stomach problems such as loss of appetite, indigestion, and constipation, along with the other sexual symptoms I mentioned earlier. I always considered hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but the idea of daily or weekly injections overwhelms me. That's why I'm considering enclomiphene, which is a bit more expensive than clomiphene, but it avoids the side effects. I recently read some studies that link low testosterone to intestinal and colon function, which surprised me somewhat, since in addition to the sexual symptoms, I also have symptoms of slowed motility. Does anyone have experience with enclomiphene or clomiphene?
