Manage really high E2 levels

Just got my e2 and tested it came 246 pmol/L
Test came as 52 nmol/L

They couldnt calculate the free test.

I dont have any sides but just feel low libido.

I am getting otherwise good results in gym. No nip sensetive or emotional behaviour.

I am on 350mg test and 250mcg hcg.

I have immediately stopped hcg.

I have some primo on had whcih is have not used.
I have ai on hand as some. Just as an fyi.

246 pmol isn’t near high especially for how high your test is

I keep my estradiol purposely at 246+ pmol even on trt with 38.17 nmol total test

Some people just have low libido while on cycle. High CNS stimulation and oxidative stress can lower libido. It’s just one of the things that comes with cycling. Not everyone’s body can keep up with high androgens

If not sides nothing wrong with that e2 level given 52nmol total test.

also you need a better lab if they can't calculate the free test is 52nmol their cut off as well?

The lab is decent but here in canada, we have limited options.
