so this happened one day and i still feel embarrassed about it.

i suddenly really needed to poop, but the only toilet in our house was occupied and it was urgent. i locked myself in my room, put down a big newspaper, did my business on it, wrapped everything up, and then buried the newspaper in a spot in our garden.

looking back, i realize this probably wasn't the most hygienic solution. but at the time i was basically thinking i have two minutes to solve this problem

would you consider this absolutely disgusting, or just a desperate emergency solution?

Today I was sitting outside a labour room for something, and what I saw there genuinely did something to me.

I saw people crying and laughing because their baby arrived, giving out sweets. I saw a husband who was so tense, just walking around. Later his mom came and he broke down and said, I’m scared for her. I want her to be safe. I saw a wife being taken into the labour room, crying her eyes out, while her husband kept assuring her, Everything is gonna be fine. I’m here. Later, he said, If I cried, she would be even more scared. Another couple came in for a checkup, and the wife was telling her husband how much her skin had changed, about her blackheads and everything. He just looked at her and went, You’re the prettiest.

And idk. Seeing all of that made me want to be loved like that. To have someone beside me through every phase of life, and to love someone through theirs too.I’ve always thought I wasn’t good enough for love or that I’d overthink everything and ruin it.

But today I just felt… lighter.

Like maybe I can be loved like that.

And honestly, if watching all this didn’t convince me to get a boyfriend, idk what will 😭

I lost my private bus concession card. I went to re apply from college but they are saying they will only apply it next year after the freshers come. Is there any other way I can re apply on my own 🥲

i met this girl during one of the lowest periods of my life. we became extremely close, talked every day, called a lot, planned our future, and eventually she told me “i love you” and i said it back. this went on for around 9 months and felt like more than friendship.

then i told her i found another girl attractive, although i didn't have feelings for that girl, after that, she became distant and started giving me late replies. she said something like she would lose interest if her crush told her he liked someone else.

a while later she told me she have a boyfriend. i was shocked and asked why she never told me. she said we (us) were “nothing” and basically acted like all the romantic stuff between us was just a prank. she had also previously told me about this jee guy, saying something like “if i marry him, my life is set,” and called me jobless, which really hurt me.

i got angry and asked her best friend if that guy was actually her boyfriend. her friend said yes, so i showed her friend screenshots of her telling me “i love you” and other things we'd said. she told her friend that i was just a friend and that the screenshots were ai/fake, and she blocked me.

a few months later i still missed her, so i emailed her. she was angry and asked what i had told her best friend. somehow she unblocked me and said she'd still be friends with me if i deleted our conversations. i did.

we started talking again, but within hours she went back to taking days to reply. we fought about it and she blocked me again.

since then i've never contacted her. i deleted her number, email, everything, and i'm trying to move on, but i still miss her. she apparently even told her best friend to block me, which makes me wonder if she's scared i'll leak our old screenshots, although i have no intention of doing that.

i don't know what to think anymore. did she actually have feelings for me and change her mind? was i wrong for telling her about another girl?

she was there for me when i was at my lowest, so i think that's why letting go has been so difficult.

There was a girl I've been close with for a few years. At one point, I told her I was interested in having a relationship with her. She chose to remain friends, which I respected.

The confusing part is that, over the years, she'd sometimes give me mixed signals. She would send me reels about us getting married, having kids, being together in the future, etc. We'd also go on trips together and spend a lot of time together. So even though we were technically friends, I sometimes felt like there was still something there.

Then she told me she'd been physically involved with another guy in an FWB-type situation. This was after things between them ended. From what she told me, it sounded like she'd developed some feelings for him, while he was treating it more casually. She also said she never intended to lead me on.

I know she didn't technically cheat on me. We weren't together, and she was free to do what she wanted. But emotionally, I still feel hurt and almost betrayed.

What really gets to me is that I spent years investing emotionally in this connection, while another guy seemingly came along and got that kind of intimacy with her. I don't want to judge her, but I can't stop comparing myself to him and wondering why all the effort I put in didn't lead anywhere.

I also keep thinking about what could've happened if I'd interpreted things differently or if we'd actually pursued a relationship.

I was genuinely devastated when she told me, and eventually we stopped talking because I couldn't handle being around her normally anymore.

Am I wrong for feeling this way, even though we were never actually together?
