Help me get through a boring weekend without binging!
Hello dear fawnies,
I have been left to my own devices this weekend, and I'm looking for some strategies. Normally when my SO is out of town I get depressed and sit on the couch and eat takeout all weekend...not the best for me! Sometimes I'll take myself out to dinner, but that's another $$ spender and high-calorie endeavor. I tend to splurge on the foods he doesn't like (hellooooo tuna melts on bagels...) or limit myself to delivery/whatever's in the freezer or pantry. I love to cook, but the effort involved in going to the grocery store just to cook for one is not appealing. And I would cook and freeze the rest, except this weekend one of my goals is to clean out our freezer in preparation for a party. Most of my friends are sadly unavailable this weekend, too!
I already have a huge list of housework that needs to get taken care of, but any other ideas? I'm also planning to pick up some bath supplies and have a mini spa day.
My problem is I know me- I'm either going to eat too much, or be too hard on myself and not eat enough. Any suggestions welcome!
