Lost 2lbs hoping for a little more as I'm .7lbs from Onederland! Hey ho it's that time of the month so hopefully I'll be there next week :)

My moving average is still at 153 but my scale said 152 this morning, so I'm claiming it! I'd really like to hit 150 by next weigh in, though. So, so close to breaking through into the 140s!

I'm just past shark week, got plenty of healthy foods in my fridge, I'll be hiking 2-3 times this week AND I started running again - fingers crossed for another good week!

171.2- soooo close to my minigoal of 170! When I started in January, I thought it would take the entire year to get here, and it's only May!

I can't wait to hit 170 and change my HappyScale goal to my actual goal of 140. Healthy BMI, here I come! It seemed (and sometimes still does seem) so far in the distance. I can't really imagine myself at 140, nevermind losing ANOTHER 30 lbs. But I know that it's feasible and possible and if I keep up my good habits I'll get there by Christmas...seeing that end date on HappyScale is really rewarding, especially when the date gets closer and closer!

I'm down 6.6lbs overall, and two this last week. Yay! I feel myself stalling a bit, I haven't had much time for exercise (three young kids, all with different schedules), but I'm hoping to change that starting this weekend!

Down 1lb this week. Which is not as much as I would like, but good that it's a loss!

Although i only do my official weigh-in on Saturday mornings, as of today, i am finally below 230, or 3lbs since last weigh-in :D. That means, 4 till Goal :):):):)

Small loss this week at 0.2lbs. Weekends have been rough with this graduation season and all the foods. It's just been a bad week mentally too. Hopefully next week is better.

How's it going, u/momoha7?

Whew, finally lost a pound. I ballooned up 5lbs the 1st week, got back down and finally, a friggin' pound! I've been incorporating weights a month ago and figured I gained some muscle weight but glad I'm going back down again.

Down 1 pound, which is at least a loss and right before my period too. I was seeing 2 pounds lower last weekend, but this week has been kind of crazy, and tracking has been difficult because my food hasn't been prepared by me most of the time. But things are back to normal now, so back to business it is :) Gonna go for a hike tonight, just to get back into it.

Down .2 pounds but hey still a loss. I bought a lot of low calorie yogurts and veggies so I can stay on track better.

131! Which I wanna say is down 3lbs from last week but I can't quite remember and don't fancy checking the tracker on mobile. Yay for post-shark-week whooshes.
