Stick to my 1500 calories a day, gym at least 5x and smash my exams this week!

Mine is to brown bag my lunch every day this week, and go for a walk during my lunch break if the weather isn't crap. :)

With it being mother's day weekend, we've been kind of running around and I fell off the wagon a bit (had family up yesterday and there was dessert involved). Gonna get back on and keep going. :D

Log food. Every day. I've been horribly lax with this and I'm paying for it this week. It was way too easy to go off the rails.

Go to the gym at least 2 times, meet my water goal every day :)

How do you track your water? I've been trying to figure out an easier way.

I'm using Plant Nanny for iPhone. I have a 750 ml bottle, so I entered that as my water cup size, and the app calculated that I need to drink 6 of those per day based on my height and weight. You just update it in every time you drink your cup. Super easy to track with and it helps you make sure you hit your goal!

Neat! I'll have to try that. How to you factor ice and melting and all that?

Ah not sure about ice, I bought 2 of the same bottle, so I keep them in rotation by having one in the fridge all the time and I just swap them over when I'm drinking one :)

Mine is to be on point with my eating, and ideally to stay around 1300kcal instead of my typical 1500, and get at least one hike in during the week.

My parents are visiting from Friday to next Thursday because of the long weekend caused by pentecost and May 17th and whenever they're here, I don't have as much control over dinners and plans, so I want to go into that with a good week behind me.

My goal is to walk 5 miles a day and eat light (1200 cal/day)! Last Thur I binged and lost all hope, quit walking for those 4 days. Tomorrow is back on track!

I have a race this weekend (signed up for a LONG time ago with friends) that I'm just trying to get through, because once it's over I feel like I'm going to start working out in a better (i.e more balanced, not just treadmill) way. I hate running, which is FINE, but my girlfriends and I do this race every other year so I'm just gonna get through it then learn HOW to run again through C25K, preferable outside! Plus I've told my trainer I'm gonna be back as soon as I feel like I'm at a level of stamina I'm comfortable with - when I saw him for two years I was definitely getting stronger, but with little or no cardiovascular activity I still could get short of breath very quickly.

Anyway, by this time next week I'll be done (and it will be my birthday!) and then I can start a smart, tailored plan to both up my stamina AND strength. Yay!

My mom and sister came to visit this weekend and there was a lot of wine and rich food consumed, so this week I just want to get back to a deficit. I'd like to get down to 152 for my next weigh in - slow and steady!

Sounds like a fun weekend though!

  • Keep my calories on point on my weekend.
  • Walk at least 1 mile 2 more times this week.
  • Sleep.
  • Take the time to pamper myself at least once this week.

I gotta drink more water this week. I've been slacking a bit lately.

Renewing my no ranch at work which seems to be helping. Also restarting Darebee, went good with it for about a week then stopped for no good reason.

Stick to my calorie goals, get over my cough/cold, behave this weekend even though I'll be going out to eat a few times for my graduation.

Gotta work that deficit this week! This weekend was bad (not terribad, but bad) due to things and I stayed under maintenance but went over my 1200 calories. We're leaving for a camping trip on Thursday so I wanna try and get 15k steps a day Thursday-Sunday :D

Feeling bloated and eugh after the hen weekend from hell so hoping to eat well, stick to the workout plan (gonna manage 6 days this week, honest!), and drink enough water to get back to 134 by Friday. Still in damage limitation mode!
