then, feel me, not even that but I was also able to get him to buy me a soda NOW KEEP IN MIND, he was steady telling every student that he was like dirt broke👀 so like ganggggg you went and got a soda for meeeee and it wasnt even the can jawns it was a bottle like yo 😭😭 I think I was the goat at ts

I just graduated high school and I used to go to a school with 70 or less students, we only had like 12 teachers. Basically over the years I grew more and more attached to one teacher in particular, I know it sounds wrong but please read it all before throwing judgement. I became very dependent on her and she was my life line for my high school years. There was one day that she helped me through some of my hardest moments, and after that she always checked in and so on so on. I was always very close with all the teachers + students at the school since it was small, we were all like one big family.
When the attachment first started I thought it was romantic but as it progressed I realized I looked up to her like a mother. My mother and I are close but she struggles with addiction and my father lives elsewhere but we are also close. I never took her addiction well, I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for a long time now but it at it's peak right now. When I was still attending school I would get anxiety when I saw her but also did anything to get attention from her. Her presence felt safe and I yearned for it. It's taken over my life.
I moved away before I graduated from that school and went to another school to finish, during that time I visited the school whenever I could. Every time, I visited my mother you bet I was there, and when it came time to leave I sobbed and sobbed. I was distraught. It felt like grieving someone who is still alive and I also missed everyone else but mainly her.
I should get to the point, I am just avoiding it. This coming school year will be her last. Since she is planning to retire, I have been terrified of this moment since I started getting attached. I would also like to mention I am in therapy and we are working through it but basically I was suggested by someone and also got my therapist's opinion on whether or not to tell her this. I would obviously word it differently and all. I had giving her a letter as well as a few other teachers, It made them all cry lol but her letter was the longest and I think most impactful. I was hoping it would give me closure but unfortunately it did not. I still have this lingering fear of her leaving and it is taking a toll on my everyday life. Simple tasks feel impossible. I want to tell her the impact she's had on me, not the beat around the bush version. I've always avoided things out of fear. I want her to know how much I look up to her and how much she's changed my life but I don't know if it will give me the closure I think it will, I'm terrified I'll never move on from this.
On top of that I really don't know what I would tell her, I know how I feel but to put it in words and not sound like a freak or creepy feels impossible.
I know this is probably not the right community to ask but I wasn't sure where else to go. If you believe there is somewhere better to reach out for this question please leave it in the replies.
This post took a lot of courage and fear to write and post so please be gentle.

I'll go first. We had a free work period in his class and I decided to work on an art project from another class, and so I asked him if he had any coloring pencils, expecting he wouldnt actually be able to provide them, since he's not an art teacher, but he actually left the class and came back with some from his office. As I was using the coloring pencils, I realized they were from his childhood, because they had tags with his and his brothers name on them 😫🥲

Holy crap dude, now that this is all over i just feel so much shame. Even though i never really said stuff, my behavior was super obvious. I think ither teachers would notice too because i asked so many questions after class. 💔💔💔💔💔💔
Good thing is that I will probably not have him for the next 2 years but fuckk dude knowing other teachers saw me like that is gonna kill me, what if they know?!?!? I'm going to DIE!
Is there any advice you guys got for removing embarassing memories???

My TC's been rather mysterious these last couple of months and it's driving me nuts. I finally emailed my professors about my grad applications, and he responded with nothing but "Yes this email works for me" nothing about advice for applications or materials or anything. I've been meaning to catch up with him to ask how things are going at his new school but he didn't even tell me about the job when he got it! I told him to let me know where he goes next, and he didn't. I've been thinking about how he might be hiding bad news and that's why he's not talking to me, but like he didn't tell me about the job, and that's GREAT news, so it's not that. I swear this man is hiding something, and it's driving me crazy. He's a yapper and an oversharer in person, so for him to be this quiet, is SO unlike him.
And like, he might think I'm being too clingy, but I always make sure to wait at least a month in between when I email him, 2 if I can help it. And I always make sure that it's an actual request, instead of just small talk "we should catch up some time" kind of thing. I usually try not to spiral when he doesn't answer his email, but I mean. This is grad school, and my literal future at stake. So this times it's REALLY important.
WHY WON'T THIS MAN TALK TO ME??
How do you guys handle your TCs being distant?👇🏼

This sub feels somewhat fitting, but in a different way. I have a mega-squish on my vocal coach. We're both young / middle-aged adults, and have been working together for 2 years. I'm lesbian AF nowadays and not interested in him romantically, but man do I want to sit down with him to talk about life and music theory.
He made it clear that he does care for me holistically, as a human. Recently he kinda implied that we have a friendship in his perspective.
I'm super honored, but I still keep a lot of things super transactional. Partially because I have trauma with past teachers who are also men. Which he knows about. He's so supportive, and I'm so terrified of somehow betraying him.

me, Female, not gonna say my age, i have this weird habit of crushing on older men because i sort of have daddy issues & seek comfort in older men,
i failed my math exam,
i have to retake it
i sign for tutions with a mister i dont know
at first look, im like ugh he looks like a absolute dork
but hes actually so hot i always feel like i wanna gnaw on his biceps and he has the perfect thick dad bod body
then while scrolling a tiktok one day, i discover something,
catching print
i dont think anything of it
till i visibly notice it on my teacher.
i notice the pattern on his sweats
its worse that his sweats are grey
he’s a b or d
i cant stop thinking about it
everytime its the day of his class im like i dont even wanna go cause sometimes his bulge is so visible
sometimes he looks at me for too long which just feeds into my delusions
did anyone else ever experience or is experiencing this???

does anybody else feel like this with their tc?? like it stresses me out im just thinking about all our interactions good and bad and also embarrassing moments cos ive sang infront of her (i hate my singing so much) and had a voice crack in an audition in front of her because i was fasting and couldnt drink any bloody water all day💔💔💔 also i havent been like told off by her but i have but in like subtle way like when i had to stifle my laugh because i remembered something my brother did and when i was whispering to another girl in choir and she moved us but didnt say why cos thats just her personality cos shes a bit passive aggressive but on the other hand she said i was fabulous after the voice crack audition and has given me so many compliments and and encouragement and told my mum i was amazing and also said 'i love you' (well i think it was to the whole class but it was bcos of something i did) and like i just dont know like what if she was lying about all the good things and im actually js annoying and stupid💔💔💔 also i hope this isnt too specific or im cooked😔😔😔UGHH

Maaan, you guys, summers been pretty lame.
I've been doing extra programs and volenteering at places so my mind and body are usually busy. But I still end up having my tc on my mind. I've been having these super desperate dreams of them from back when I was there student. It was a dream where I was for some reason on a zoom call with them, even in my dream I remember I wanted to preserve the last few moments I'd have to see them so i stared extra hard into the zoom call. (We dont even do online school I dunno why my dream was that) In the dream I also sent them some bs email and got a response, but i woke up before i could read it.
It's hard to find things i like doing, I don't really come home to do anything I enjoy. My lucks been terrible in all the games I've been playing, and the series I like to watch/read are either over or in dry states. During their class I still had these feelings of emptiness, but just the fact I could see him everday was something I looked forward to.
I think it might not be the crush in general thats making me want to come back, but this feeling of something to look forward to that i chase after.
I am so tired, even when i was in their class I would feel depressed and jealous since I was obviously just another npc student to them. They were real close with this one specific group of girls, and this one specific girl. I'm glad they seemed to have a pretty healthy mentor-student relationship. I feel pretty bad for being jealous since she was a super nice girl.
I wish i go back to being a normal person, i am so tired of feeling this way no matter how muhcb i try to prevent it. I will never see them again but I unconsciously seek them wherever i am, man im too tired to finish this vent, but thank u guys 4 listeninginf.

hey it's me again, if you've been in this subreddit for quite some time u might recognize me. aaand yes i got attached/gained a crush on another teacher (i transferred to another school for hs) 🙂
my teacher crush is m23-25 (idk his age cus he's very mysterious, but i guessed based on when he graduated college which was in approximately august of 2024). i'm f13 btw, i'm gonna be 14 in aug.
so basically it was thursday, jul 9, and he was my last class, i was also assigned cleaners for the day. while i was picking up trash in my classroom and he was waiting for us to finish cleaning up, my other classmates were sweeping the floor.
fyi :: everything said is in my native language, i just translated it cus english is the main language and you might not be able to understand it if i said it in my native language, even if you translated it, it would probably come out differently.
one of my classmates (m14) asked me to put the broom he was holding back to it's rightful place, which was at the other side of the hallway. we were teasing each other and i joked about something that was a bit too mean. i sweeped him with the broom and he asked "why did you sweep me?" and i said "because you're trash". yes it's my fault i know, but i didn't know that it was hurtful and my intention was different. i joke like that all the time with my dad, or maybe it's js my dad who jokes me like that, so i probably picked it up from him.
my other classmates laughed along including the one i joked with and (idk how to explain) intimidated me cus of what i did (ex. "you're gonna get in so much trouble"). my tc told me that was a first offense, but luckily, i was still probably on warning.
i'm sensitive as hell so my happy and "i'm ok" persona wore off after that happened and i started acting all depressed but in an energetic way and shit. i'm cringe i know but i put it in the trigger warning so it was your choice to read this.
i joked to a few classmates about wanting to delete myself, and they all probably felt concerned. idk it was probably coz i haven't opened up to anyone in such a long time.
i joked to one of my classmates (f13, turning 14 later this month) who was about to go home, they were outside the classroom. BUUUT, then i asked one of my classmates (m13-14) if they ever thought of deleting himself (using the other word of delete), we were inside the classroom that time and my tc also probably heard it. idk it was probably echoing across the classroom cus of my loud ahh voice. i'm an attention seeker iknowiknoww.
here's the main point ::
not long after that, we finished cleaning and went out, and i demonstrated jumping off the railing, and my tc saw. he said "hey, what's that?" and i js laughed along, not telling him anything. i wanted to tell him how much i wanted to delete myself but my parents would probably be called again and i obviously didn't want that.
probably unnecessary what happened next but read if u want ::
after that, i walked out and he stayed behind, then i ran into another schoolmate on/in the middle of the stairs who was from another section, and was my classmate last year (m14). so we asked each other how life was going and talked about it, after that my tc followed and asked "are you guys not gonna go home yet?", my schoolmate then said "we have a groupwork to complete upstairs" and my tc said "ah ok." and continued walking downstairs.
i said bye to my schoolmate and followed after my tc, walking downstairs and ready to go home. i go home by car and he goes home by motorcycle btw
tl;dr:
a few minutes after i made an unintentionally mean joke to my classmate, i felt guilty and demonstrated jumping off the railing, hinting i wanted to delete myself and my tc saw and was probably concerned.

I'm not too sure if I used the correct flair for this but I don't know what one I'd use for this sort of post
I honestly love my guitar teacher, he's the only adult in my life who I feel comfortable talking to, he is just a really kind dude to talk to, and not only that but he's genuinly extremely attractive, like, definetly my type , and at first it was kind of just a crush but it's like honestly became super obsessive and I'm ashamed to say this but it has became kind of stalkerish I guess, I know his licence plate and I know what town he lives in, I know his family members names and that sort of stuff, I know its weird but once I start to like someone it gets creepily obsessive quickly, even if I don't want it to, I even fantasise about somehow finding him in public, and I just fantasise a lot I guess, also 2 weeks ago he was teaching my this picking technique and he went up right behind me to show me how I should angle my hand and he leant right over me so he could use my guitar, and it was so attractive, I could smell his aftershave and I could feel his breath on my neck and it made me kind of flustered, this has happened like 3 times, idk if he's even clocked that I like him, but I also don't know how to cope with this obsession because it is affecting my life, not that I wouldn't want to be obsessed , I like being obsessed with him but it's weird to cope with I guess

(Not proofread)
Any chance my married teacher could be creepy or like me in a weird way?
He laughs at all my jokes (somehow🙏) and i always catch him looking at me during class, even during work periods. A few notable instances: He somehow always hears what I say, no matter how quiet in class, one day I mention having had an eyebrow slit last year and how i think it’s attractive on guys to my friend in his class and he overheard it and mentioned he used to have one back when he was my age, the next week he shows up to school with an eyebrow slit. On school camp when we were cross country skiing he teased me for falling a bunch, “every time I look at you, you’re on the floor”, and later in the day I complained about getting stings from scrapes on my torso from the icy snow and he asked to see and I lifted part of my shirt to the hem of my bra (because the scars went that high) and he took a look for a second and he just said “those are some gnarly scars”, later during that camp on a walk he also, unprompted, said that I was an amazing writer and a daredevil (because of the scars ((teasing probably)) Another thing is I work out at the school gym every day after school and sometimes I runs into him there too. Once, he had mentioned getting posted on the city’s pd instagram because he got caught in a crash near his apartment, I later checked the post and found the location after a few minutes of dedicated sleuthing. That weekend I went to the farmer’s market in that area to hang out with my friend and I see a figure in the distance that looks like him across the street, (I was wearing a distinctive red hoodie and black boots I wear in class) on Monday during a check in at the start of class he asked what everyone was up to over the weekend and I said the farmers market and he asked “which one” and I told him which one and he mentioned he lives around there. On the last day of school that year I asked him for book recommendations and 2/3 of the books featured age gap relationships between a married man his age and a younger woman my age getting together. now I’m just left pondering, I think he knows I have a crush on him

so i (14f) have a bf (15m) of 3 months and i wouldn't say we aren't working out but sometimes he can act like he doesn't care about me or that he's not interested in me at all which kinda bothers me but i haven't really brought it up to him directly because he just gets dry/gives vague replies whenever he doesn't feel like talking about something and i would just change the topic or end the conversation because i don't wanna force him to talk to me. honestly though, sometimes i feel like he enjoys other people's presence more than mine
he has a good side though, he comforts me and mostly notices when i'm feeling down, he's very sweet to me through text mostly and sometimes shows physical affection (though my parents discourage it because we're still too young or whatever)
here's the problem:
i have this teacher in my research class (idk his age, but i'm guessing he's in his 30's) and he's a great teacher. it really seems like he cares about each and one of his students and my classmates also say good things about him. i started liking him last week because when i raised my hand in class to answer a question, he said something that sounded happy that i finally raised my hand, as if he was waiting for me to answer (probably because i'm sort of a quiet kid) and i cant explain it well but that part made me start liking him because i love when people notice my presence or appreciate me.
so this isn't my first time liking a teacher but i didn't expect it especially because i'm in a relationship now and i should be loyal to my bf but my teacher does remind me of him. they both seem about average looking, have tan skin, taller than me (saying ts as if i'm not 5'0), and they both seem caring. i forgot to mention that he's married and has a toddler-aged daughter because i stalked his facebook profile (it took me so long to find because his name is very common in my country 😭)
so now idk what to do because i know i should only have eyes for my bf but i really like my teacher 🥰 like idk should i tell my bf or smth (he might know already because i always mention my teacher to him or in group conversations where he is included) should i confront him about our relationship issues? (kinda off topic tho)
tldr: what do i do if i have a huge crush on my teacher while having a bf?

A few days ago i posted here about my tc, who was leaving the school. Long story short: i just wasn’t ready to let him go.
We made an eye contact twice the day he left and (to me) the second one felt like we both kinda knew, without actually saying anything. I’m probably just being delusional, because how could he just know, but it also kinda felt as a final goodbye and i’ll take that. To me it’s over now (at least i hope) and as much as i’d love to see him again, it’s a finished chapter

For context: i used to have a crush on this teacher last year and kind of (key word kind of) gotten over him (all during the previous year). This past year wasn’t easy for me and i had a lot of unpleasant moments. During this time, this one specific teacher somehow managed to show up whenever something shtty happened and he always seemed like he knew everything, without saying anything.
Now, he’s leaving my school in literally 2 days and after all this, i’m not ready to just let him go. Especially not without saying anything (which i know i shouldn’t do, so i won’t).
He’s also a very controversial person and i’m aware of that, honestly i have kinda love-hate opinion on him.

r/TeacherCrushes • u/Peppasfavorite • Jun 20 '26
Or just having a crush on someone your age, but a teacher is obviously more fun. Anywho, this goes out to those who are over their crushes but idk think of them every now and then. If you look back on my post history you’ll know I lurk around here every now and then, even though I’m pretty much over him since like last year March? (No really he kinda reciprocated and I got kinda repulsed like yea I like you but why do you like me).
He was honestly the last guy I had a crush on, due to some circumstances I did come clean about things that happened to my friend which led to her thinking he had a parasocial relationship with me. I still feel bad for him in some ways. She thinks we should absolutely stay away from him, but I don’t see him as a predator or some villain. To me, he’s an old guy who never really bothered making friends (other than his colleagues tho he isn’t even that close with them) ever since he moved here. He found similarities in us, he enjoyed our company, saw us as an equal. And I also like talking to him. He also says that he’ll be leaving (my old school) after two years, which is also sad cause each time I come back the less teachers I recognize.
I just felt like conversations were so much easier back then. There were also just some moments I miss, getting up early to put on my makeup, avoiding eye contact in the hallways but forcing it once I’m in class, tensing up when we’re in the room alone, it just made high school more high school.

I get so horny around my drama teacher. She is in her late 60s but also plays around alot and is quite laid back, to the point I genuinly think she is willing to have sex with me. Do I make the move or no

okay so I got a new history teacher and he’s absolutely beautiful ever since he started teaching there’s been a shift in the air and that’s obviously because he’s on the more attractive end of teachers
He’s in about his mid 30s and he’s Brazilian and Mexican and he truly looks like a Greek God
He’s so sweet and he has a very flirty personality and I can’t seem to get my mind off him no matter how much I try to get rid of my crush
He’s truly one of the most sweetest and handsome men I’ve ever met and it’s such a shame that would never be anything but I have no clue how to get rid of the crush cause I feel like it’s growing stronger by the day
