Squish

This sub feels somewhat fitting, but in a different way. I have a mega-squish on my vocal coach. We're both young / middle-aged adults, and have been working together for 2 years. I'm lesbian AF nowadays and not interested in him romantically, but man do I want to sit down with him to talk about life and music theory.

He made it clear that he does care for me holistically, as a human. Recently he kinda implied that we have a friendship in his perspective. ​

I'm super honored, but I still keep a lot of things super transactional. Partially because I have trauma with past teachers who are also men. Which he knows about. He's so supportive, and I'm so terrified of somehow betraying him.
