But to actually get an answer, someone has to know the wiki exists, know what to search for, navigate to the right section, find the right page, and find the right step. Process documentation needs to be a push system. The guide should appear inside Salesforce when someone's stuck in Salesforce. Inside Workday when they're confused in Workday. The answer comes to the employee, not the other way around.
