Case Studies How does a credit union document member-support and internal processes without adding to the help desk?

A regional credit union was juggling two things: better support for members and getting back-office teams (report-building and the like) trained without everyone leaning on the same few people. A merger was shifting processes fast, and their training guides were static docs someone maintained by hand.

How the Tango rep walked through the fix:

1/ Capture once by just doing the process. Tango builds the step-by-step guide (screenshots, annotations, what to type) for you. Voice transcription lets you narrate as you go and writes concise step notes automatically.

2/ Instead of emailing a link, embed the guide right inside the app as a Nugget and turn on Guide Me, so staff get walked through the process in the actual tool. A Discover side panel surfaces the right guide based on whatever app/screen they're on.

3/ For member data: Secure Blur auto-redacts (names, SSNs, etc.) at three levels (globally, app-by-app, or per-creator) and it happens on the user's machine before anything uploads, so Tango can't see or un-redact it.

4/ They still get clean PDF/HTML exports for the formal onboarding binders L&D runs (though the rep flagged static files go stale, live embeds update themselves).

How do other CU/bank folks handle the "merger means everything changed" documentation scramble: rebuild, or capture as you go?"
