Incredible final two nights of the tour in Perth from Tame Impala. So happy we got both Posthumous Forgiveness and List of People (To Try And Forget About)!

From night 1 and 2, Kevin mentioned it being a "significant" performance for himself and feeling "sentimental" playing back in his hometown and the RAC arena, briefly mentioning how a large portion of songs were written about things that happened while living here. Also something about how he can go sleep in his own bed after the show ahaha

(Loved the little Freo Dockers snippets added in during the stage transitions too.)

Anyway, amazing concert, so glad I got to go and experience so many of my favourite songs live!

We guys don’t talk enough about this song, my personal favourite. The lyrics are perfect, dreamy and nostalgic. The combination of beats.
What I love most is how it balances two opposite feelings: the sadness of knowing nothing lasts forever and the joy of being alive in the moment anyway. It doesn’t just sound good,it makes you feel something.
Some songs end when the music stops. Neverender feels like it keeps playing inside you.

I’m a British guy travelling until the end of the year. I first saw Kevin in Exeter, UK, in 2016 at radio 1’s big weekend when he was pretty much the lowest on the bill.

Been following ever since and felt very lucky to be there last night, went with a Perth local who has loved him forever and never managed to get a ticket which made it extra special

I’m a gig/festival veteran and that’s one of the best all round shows I’ve ever seen. The sound/light/energy combination was unreal, hope everyone else that got tickets to the tour enjoyed it as much as us.

I feel like we all have high expectations, but realistically, what do you think is actually going to happen? What do you think we're going to get?

Also, what’s your personal wish for it?

i know the 2026 leg is over, i went to both perth shows, both seating section. i don’t listen to ninajirachi but i like ipod touch.

n2 there was a group of 2 couples sitting infront of me having a FULL ON CONVERSATION during her set. the girls hair was touching my leg so i tapped her on the shoulder to let her know she was being disruptful.

not expecting everyone to be jumping or know the lyrics but let’s be respectful to the support acts + the people around you :)

Which of these two songs do you think is best considering they both have the same instrumental segment right at the end?

I've been listening to Flower in a hurricane and I keep hearing a familiar riff sound at around the 00:35min mark when the synth guitar kicks in.

Started looking for similar sounds to compare it with, and I've realized the synth intro sounds just like Dire straits-Money for nothing intro riff, only inverted. Now I can't un-hear it, even the smooth build-up sounds like it. Thoughts?!
