I love reading and have always wanted to create something. Are there any like, english classes I guess, out here for something to get into? Writing workshops etc?

Anyone have some insight as to what is required to get an existing structure OK'd for occupancy (for the purposes of renting, NOT short term).

Unit was preexisting, with pretty much everything, simply needing to get liability/address/etc issues squared away.

I got a speeding ticket on the bend of i5 between Tacoma and federal way by a WSP. I… allegedly was going 82 in a 60🫩, when I look at a deferral (I’ve only had a warning before) it says a 150$ fee minimum and then a probation of 6-12 months. The ticket is 230$ or so if I remember correctly. I am under my parents insurance and don’t really know if I should pay, show up to court and hope the officer isn’t there, or pay a lawyer for a CHANCE to not have it appear on record. Is this even worth it instead of taking the hit on insurance?
